Wing's fighting style was clearly a conventional close-combat approach, and his ability was the most common kind in Enhancement: strengthening himself.
But this ability was at an absolute disadvantage against Joey. It could even be called a complete mismatch.
The key was Killer Queen's unreasonable ability. Once contact was made, the opponent would become a bomb and be utterly annihilated when Killer Queen lowered his finger.
That ability alone, however, was not the strongest.
After all, the moment Killer Queen lowered his finger was also an opening. Against ordinary Nen users, it might not become a critical issue, but against Wing, who had seen him use the ability, it could very well become a vulnerability.
The problem was that Joey also had Gold Experience.
In other words, he could sacrifice a hand to touch his opponent. Once he succeeded, he could discard his right hand and use Gold Experience to create a new one.
The key here was time!
Without entering the Wallet Aura state, Joey needed roughly three minutes to restore a hand.
That was certainly not long under ordinary circumstances, but buying that much time in a tense battle was no easy matter.
Still, none of that needed consideration against Wing, because Joey would not use this ability.
Joey had started laying his plans the instant they exchanged blows. The flames produced by their initial clash served both to attack and to consume the oxygen quickly.
In this match, he wanted to put Wing under psychological pressure from the very beginning.
So he removed the oxygen within his En and filled it with large amounts of carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide was colorless and odorless, but inhaling large quantities would cause poisoning.
Joey did not need to poison Wing severely. Moderate poisoning would suffice. Cerebral hypoxia symptoms such as
