It was four hours later when the train pulled into a station again.
As the train arrived and everyone leaped onto the platform, the station alarm sounded again.
This time, however, no monsters emerged from the open doors. They were being held back aboard the train by the uniformed personnel.
There were considerably more uniformed personnel than before, while Brion was nowhere to be seen.
The monsters aboard the train still had not been replenished, but they were ready for battle.
Joey had no doubt that the monsters and uniformed personnel would attack them the moment they boarded.
But Joey and the others had long since prepared as well, so even after seeing the situation inside, they stepped into the carriage without hesitation.
The alarm instantly rang throughout the carriage, and the uniformed personnel immediately put their whistles to their mouths and blew!
The shrill whistles drowned out the alarm, and the monsters waiting behind them began to go berserk amid the alarms and whistles.
Battle erupted in an instant.
Joey's approach was simple. Killer Queen appeared behind him, and all the Heartbreaker Attack Chariots shot out, crashing into the monsters charging straight at them.
At the same time, his En enveloped the entire carriage.
The others who had boarded also unleashed their own methods as the monsters rushed out.
Although they were a team, they split into three groups once the fighting actually began.
One consisted of Joey and Hisoka. Joey's approach was simple: silently suppress them with Weather Report, then use Sheer Heart Attack's contact explosions at close range to crush the monsters.
Hisoka, meanwhile, leisurely flicked playing cards, seemingly uninterested in dealing with these monsters at all, merely going through the motions.
Another group consisted of the Zoldyck Family members.
