"Thinking back, I should've said something cool when I fought Radahn." Zhao Si rode on horseback, going over the scene as he chatted with Helena behind him.
Helena leaned against his back, her arms wrapped around his waist. Listening to his nonsense, she occasionally asked, "What did you want to say?"
"Hmm..." Zhao Si actually gave the question some thought. "Something like, 'Your star of death is shining!' Don't those people from Caria all believe in stars and fate and stuff? I feel like that would really work."
He deliberately lowered his voice into a deeper register and said, "Your star of death is shining!"
"And, and, 'Listen. The evening bell has revealed your name.' Though that one's a little hard to understand." Zhao Si rubbed his chin. "I don't think they ring bells for the dead here."
It was cooler if people could understand him. Saying something just for the sake of saying it would seem far too melodramatic.
Though he did have a bit of that in him.
But now, aside from absolute top-tier powerhouses like Radagon and the very pinnacle like Godwyn, he could basically destroy anyone he came across.
If Radahn hadn't pulled down a meteorite back then and had insisted on fighting Zhao Si alone, and Godwyn hadn't come either, Radahn would definitely have died at Zhao Si's hands.
Time passed quickly as they chatted, and before long, they reached their destination.
An enormous meteorite crater had been blasted into the edge of Mistwood. The surrounding rocks floated in the air as though they had lost their gravity.
Gravity around the crater was in disarray.
Soldiers stood guard in a ring around the crater-Godrick's men.
Godrick had personally brought men over to secure the crater, intending to investigate it, only to discover that his men
