"E~ly~si~a!" Even through the super-soundproof alloy door made by Vill-V, those outside Mobius's laboratory heard her shout of embarrassment and anger.
Quite some time had passed since the Sixth Honkai Eruption, and Vill-V had developed Black Abyss White Flower, leaving everyone marveling at this genius's capabilities. As a result, Vill-V received a "travel voucher" for two consecutive days with Lingchen. After showing it off to Mei, Elysia, and the others, she went shopping and sightseeing with Lingchen, even sending them photos along the way.
Mei had considered cutting Vill-V's project funding over this. Unfortunately, from Divine Keys down to training equipment and even the door to Griseo's house, everything was made by Vill-V. She could cut anyone's funding but that of the current head of the Engineering Department.
So she could only sulk. Elysia, however, was different. Whenever she felt unhappy, she could simply go find Mobius.
