Although his essential immortality, sustained by his all-but-omnipotent divine power, was very similar to Roland's, he was ultimately not a darling beloved by the world, unlike many gods in Heaven. Under the targeted power of Anti-Messiah's authority, he had been eliminated for good from this game called the Lower World.

After sensing his spoils, Roland could not help marveling a little.
The Talismans' shells had been completely shattered, and the twelve divine powers now mingled freely as one. Though they varied in strength, he had at least shed a weakness and no longer needed to fear the Magic Potions of Chi True Magic specifically designed to target those who swallowed external power.
But something else pleased Roland even more.

With divine power as fuel, the Demonic Chi had recovered a tremendous amount of its strength. Roland felt that he could flatten distant Orario with a mere lift of his hand. Judging by that island nation from before, he could set that territory ablaze with fires that would not die out for months, until earthquakes and floods tore it apart.
Of course, the greatest portion was still the remaining divine power. The energy Apollo had unleashed by sacrificing his entire life in this world was simply too immense. Even after what he had absorbed, a considerable amount of dormant divine power remained within Roland.
Using it to drive his own rank of existence and power, Roland even felt as though he could destroy the entire Lower World in one go-or at least its surface.
