Roland silently swung Aestus Estus in his hand, leaving only scattered ashes and fallen purple crystals in his wake.
Vast torrents of light poured from the blade of Roland, who walked at the front, sweeping across everything and tearing apart every monster blocking the way, carving an enormous gash through the air.
The remaining adventurers spread out along the flanks to clear away the scattered monsters, soon leaving the main path clear.
"What an unreasonable power..."
Someone behind Roland murmured in wonder.
Although no one underestimated Roland anymore after the Apollo Familia incident, they still could not fully come to terms with actually seeing a Xianjing and a hero working together.
The expedition members were hardly perfectly coordinated, but everyone participating in this Great Expedition was at least Level 3, even the support personnel. The number of first-class adventurers on the front lines made their exploration progress utterly overwhelming.
Thus, after less than a day of settling in together, the expedition swept through to the thirty-seventh floor.
"The floor boss hasn't respawned. It seems this disturbance wasn't caused by the Dungeon itself, but by an outside factor."
Finn's expression relaxed when they reached the boss room.
It was not as though the floor boss would have caused any trouble. Against the expedition's spectacular lineup, the thirty-seventh floor's boss truly amounted to little. Even if it had been strengthened like the one Roland encountered last time, it would pose no threat.
The floor boss Roland and Ais had cleared out less than a week earlier had yet to respawn. At least that proved the Dungeon was, at most, acting as an accomplice in this incident.
For the expedition, that news could not have been better.
After all, Orario was still far from being able to conquer the Dungeon.
