Roland shrugged.
"Even if I hadn't helped you, he would have come looking for his own death after cutting off his own escape route."
He had no intention of claiming credit. After all, given the source of Nero Chaos's power, even without meeting Arcueid, he would sooner or later have come knocking in his pursuit of the soil of creation, only to be burned to ashes by Tiamat's fury.
