Akiha Tohno recalled how Roland had entered her life after her father’s failed attack on the Nanaya Family left her the young head of the Tohno Family. Back in the present, she learned that Roland had taken the reports about strange rumors in Misaki, including a credible sighting of a blond vampire.

• Akiha Tohno remembered her difficult childhood after Makihisa Tohno died during the failed attack on the Nanaya Family and Shiki Tohno disappeared.
• Akiha Tohno recalled meeting Roland, whom she called her teacher, and how his attention had eased her lonely life.
• Kohaku prompted Akiha Tohno to stop gazing out the window and rest, but Akiha chose to continue working on family business.
• Kohaku told Akiha Tohno that Roland had taken the collected reports about supernatural rumors in Misaki so she would not overwork herself.

Roland investigated the sudden disappearance of the blonde vampire rumored to be roaming Misaki Town, while Fujino Asagami suggested expanding his barrier. Shiki Ryougi then arrived with a suitcase containing a beautiful girl cut into seventeen pieces, leaving Roland to face an unexplained incident.

• Akiha Tohno drew out a horde of living corpses and Night Demons, then used Sealing Hair to drain their heat and destroy them.
• Akiha Tohno recognized the pale figure who emerged as her older brother Shiki Tohno, though he told her to call him Roa.
