The reason for this rush was entirely down to a bug Luo Shu had discovered: the date of the monthly dividends.
According to the System Divine Servant, monthly dividends were paid on the first of each month, and the number of points paid out depended on the highest point total that month.

Allowing for time differences, they needed to place each region's Abyssal Artifacts into the newly established Secret Management Zones by March 30 at the latest.
Of course, with so little time, establishing the Secret Management Zones would naturally be a very simple affair. In most cases, all they would need was a basement and a passage leading to the Divine Kingdom.
