On this day, after ample education and persuasion from He Mu himself, the Spirit Emperor finally came to understand profoundly what a once-in-a-thousand-years opportunity it was to become the Immeasurable Heaven Venerable's attendant.
During this process, He Mu had not employed any special divine abilities, such as Heavenly Venerable Lingbao's Deliverance Scripture. Even so, the Spirit Emperor's thinking had changed fundamentally.
Of course, no one would delve into the twists and turns involved, or the screams that inexplicably rang out from the depths of the Undying Mountain. The august Immeasurable Heaven Venerable naturally had nothing whatsoever to do with certain "inhuman" methods.
In short, whatever the case, the Spirit Emperor had fully joined the Undying Mountain lineage, becoming the first great general under He Mu's command.
And when the Spirit Emperor later finally understood what a Near-Immortal was, and what a Red Dust Immortal was, he even began to feel sincerely convinced, rather than remaining as reluctant as he had been at the start, when his submission had been beaten out of him.
After He Mu completely subdued the Spirit Emperor, the Saint Spirit Race under the latter's command naturally received appropriate arrangements as well. They were not held accountable; instead, the main approach was to send them back and resettle them.
Apart from a handful of Quasi-Emperor Saint Spirits wholly devoted to their master, whom He Mu permitted to remain under the Spirit Emperor's command and at his disposal, where they could offer some small assistance, none of the remaining Saint Spirit Race stayed beside the Spirit Emperor or served in the Undying Mountain.
After all, most of these Saint Spirits were merely juniors who followed the Spirit Emperor, and they had never truly offended the Undying Mountain. Surely He Mu could not bully the young with his seniority
