Yun Ying killed Supreme Yin Hong, and the Foreign Realm struggled to understand how one of its Supremes had fallen. After waiting beneath the Heavenly Abyss for a month, Yun Ying completed her Immortal Dao Sword Soul and took another step toward becoming a True Immortal.
Yun Ying revealed that she had condensed an Immortal Dao rune and was close to becoming a True Immortal. When the Foreign Realm sent a new army and eight Supremes to the Heavenly Abyss, she confronted them alone and killed three of the Supremes, leaving five to attack her.
Yun Ying annihilated the Foreign Realm’s army and its eight Supremes, then faced Undying Qiming across the Heavenly Abyss. Three Supremes from the Imperial Pass arrived to investigate the devastation, leaving the confrontation poised to widen.
Yun Ying confronted Undying Qiming after destroying two Foreign Realm armies and killing nine of its Supremes, then declared that she would kill anyone the Foreign Realm sent against her. She remained facing the Foreign Realm with the Wei Family’s Crimson Phoenix Tower, ready for its next attack.
Yun Ying completed her physical transformation into an undying body and reached the late stage of the Escape One Realm, becoming a Half-Step True Immortal. Undying Qiming and An Yang arrived with the Heaven and Earth Bag to kill her, but An Yang’s arrogance and lechery left Qiming doubting him as Yun Ying calmly awaited their attack.
Yun Ying killed Supreme An Yang with a single sword strike, then crossed the Heavenly Abyss to challenge Undying Qiming. Their battle began with Yun Ying revealing her half-step Undying realm and overpowering him in a physical clash, while Qiming grew increasingly determined to kill her.
Yun Ying revealed her mastery of the Blade Dao and overpowered Undying Qiming, then met his desperate final attack with her Sword Dao. The battle shook the Border Wasteland and drew the attention of cultivators and Undying from both realms, while the outcome remained unseen.
Yun Ying defeated Undying Qiming, crippling half his body and spirit before sparing him, and her victory kept the Foreign Realm from invading for two years. By the chapter’s end, Yun Ying had reached the Supreme realm beneath the Heavenly Abyss while the Foreign Realm watched her from afar and still had not reclaimed the Heaven and Earth Bag.
Yun Ying faced An Hong, who tried to recruit her into the An Lan Clan before attacking her with the Heaven and Earth Bag. Her Crimson Phoenix Tower and Immortal Cauldron stopped the weapon, and she crossed into the Foreign Realm to confront An Hong directly.
Yun Ying fought Undying An Hong in the Outer Regions and killed him with a single overwhelming sword strike. The Foreign Realm’s Undying discovered An Hong’s corpse and wondered whether Yun Ying was an Immortal King from the Nine Heavens.
After Yun Ying killed An Hong, an Imperial Clan Undying, the Foreign Realm reeled and the An Lan Clan turned its thoughts toward revenge and other plans against the Nine Heavens and Ten Earths. Yun Ying left her post beneath the Heavenly Abyss and began a leisurely walk toward the Imperial City, reflecting on her achievements at thirty and guiding Little Purple.
Yun Ying returned to the Imperial City after nearly two years away and arranged to visit the Wei Family, whose ancestor had lent her the Crimson Phoenix Tower. As the family prepared to receive her, Yun Ying’s arrival was imminent.
Yun Ying returned the Crimson Phoenix Tower to the Wei Family and warned Imperial Pass that the Foreign Realm might retaliate after she killed an Undying of the An Lan Clan. The Foreign Realm targeted the Heavenly Abyss to draw out the Nine Heavens and Ten Earths’ armies, and a battle led by three ancestors raged for ten days and nights, leaving the outcome unresolved.
The Nine Heavens and Ten Earths won a devastating ten-day battle, forcing the Foreign Realm to retreat, and later celebrated the victory at Imperial Pass. Grand Elder Meng Tianzheng met Yun Ying, whose strength had grown beyond his, as the chapter left them discussing the end of the era.
Yun Ying studied a Quasi-Immortal King inheritance on the Willow Deity’s stump while cultivating toward immortality by deliberately keeping her Primordial Spirit flawed. A year later, her separated soul met Shi Hao and the others in Imperial City, where she revealed that becoming flawless would make her an immortal.
Shi Hao and his companions reunited with Yun Ying at Imperial Pass, where her reputation as a formidable Supreme became clear. When hostile factions insulted the Shi Clan’s alleged sin blood, Shi Hao launched a fierce verbal defense, leaving their confrontation unresolved.
Yun Ying rebuked the Wang and Jin families for targeting Shi Hao and urged him to grow stronger rather than dwell on the Shi Clan’s stigma. Ye Qingxian, a traveler from a later age, met Yun Ying and received three sword imprints before leading Shi Hao and his companions deeper into the Imperial City.
Yun Ying visited Upright Heaven Hall, then appeared at the battlefield when the Foreign Realm built an altar to address the Heavenly Abyss. As An Lan and Yu Tuo questioned the Abyss, Yun Ying dismissed their threats and suspected they sought something on the Nine Heavens’ side to advance their power.
The Heavenly Abyss destroyed An Lan and Yu Tuo’s decrees, while Meng Tianzheng learned that the Foreign Realm was searching the Nine Heavens and Ten Earths for something. The standoff continued until Yun Ying arrived and cowed the Foreign Realm Supremes with her reputation as the Executioner.
