"Then I'll head back now."

Lorry glanced at the smug Hugh, then stood up to say goodbye to Fors.

"Okay." Not wanting to repeat the previous Awkwardness Fors gently, saw him to the door, and walked towards Hugh with a slightly ingratiating smile, "It was my fault, I shouldn't have joked like that—Hugh, are you still angry—"

Phew—thankfully I acted quickly enough and made things clear before I came back from my break— Fors should be able to make the request for me at the Tarot Club Monday—

As Lorry sat in the carriage on his way home, his thoughts wandered aimlessly.

Soon, we arrived at Iris Street.

He paid for the ride and continued to lock himself in his Study to finish his manuscript.

With time on his hands and a heavy workload, Lorry knew that there was a gathering of Old Gentleman "Eye of Wisdom" on Friday night, but he still chose not to attend.

These past few days, aside from the essentials of eating and sleeping, he has basically stayed in his Study.

Luck, with the help of the "General Knowledge" Charm, Lorry no longer needed to come up with plots on his own as before, thus greatly improving his efficiency in meeting deadlines.

On Saturday noon, he successfully delivered the entire manuscript of his new book to the Publishing House.

After several days of hard work, Lorry enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea at the nearest upscale Restaurant before collapsing into bed to catch up on sleep.

I didn't open my eyes until the next morning, feeling refreshed.

The first thing he did after getting up was to open his bedroom door, find his subscription to the Backlund Morning Post in the mailbox, and immediately turn to page two.

A short news item prominently displayed reads, "Our reporter reports: Mr. Raven, author of ' Young Roselle,' is releasing his new book today. It can be purchased at the following locations--"

The show is about to begin— Lorry's gaze swept over the lines of words, then he closed the Newspaper and walked expectantly toward the nearest Restaurant.

He thought to himself, "Only when you're well-fed and watered can you enjoy the excitement."

West Borough, Phillips Department Store.

Audrey, who outwardly smiled but inwardly felt extremely bored, linked arms with another girl in a gorgeous long dress, becoming the most beautiful sight in the area.

I'm just an "Spectator," and if I had a choice, I'd rather observe others from the sidelines— Susie is Luck; she'll never get that kind of attention.

She maintained her elegant posture, but her thoughts had already wandered far away.

"Audrey, I think you're putting too much effort into the Mysticism; you haven't even read the recently popular ' Young Roselle '."

Melanie, the youngest daughter of the current Duke Negan, walked briskly, tilted her head slightly, and looked at her friend beside her expectantly.

Clearly, she missed the days when the two of them would discuss literature together.

That's because I've already seen a more wonderful world, more wonderful than the world of literature— Audrey nodded slightly. "This time I'll watch both episodes together."

Melanie was the Duchess she had previously mentioned to Viscount Glaint.

The two families had always had a good relationship, and the two men were close in age and shared a love of literature, so their relationship was quite good.

"Really?" Melanie's face lit up with a smile.

"Alright, in a while I'll invite you to Literary Salon I'm organizing—of course, after I've finished reading the Volume Two of..."

After "Young Roselle"

"And I'll use my connections to invite the authors over as well."

The two walked and talked, and soon arrived at the bookstore they used to frequent.

Seeing this entourage, the bookstore owner greeted them with a smile early in the morning, "Good morning, ladies. What are you planning to buy this time?"

"A new batch of books arrived today, and the workers are still counting them in the warehouse."

"I can have them take it directly to you two."

"Of course, it's the Volume Two, ' Young Roselle, '" Melanie said cheerfully. "I want two copies, and then I'll take the first volume."

"Volume Two, ' Young Roselle '?"

The bookstore owner's expression changed slightly. He nervously scratched his head, hurriedly pulled out his inventory list from his pocket to check, and stammered, "But, Miss Melanie, our shop doesn't have this book."

"No?" Melanie frowned slightly. "Are they sold out?"

She turned to Audrey: "Well, it seems we'll have to look somewhere else."

At this moment, the bookstore owner mustered up his courage and interjected, "Um, ladies, it's not that we're sold out, it's that we don't have this book at all."

"Not only does this small shop not have it, but other bookstores won't have it either."

"What do you mean?" Melanie frowned slightly, puzzled. "Didn't the Newspaper say that Raven's new book was released today?"

"Yes, yes." The bookstore owner swallowed hard and forced a smile, "But Raven's new book isn't the Volume Two, ' Young Roselle.'"

His new book is titled "Great Detective Sherlock".

"Great Detective Sherlock?" Melanie froze, stunned. "But what about those news reports?"

"Well, I don't know either," the bookstore owner said, rubbing his hands together vigorously.

Seeing her friend's mood plummet, Audrey sighed inwardly and turned to her personal Maid behind her, "In my brother's name, send someone to contact the Publishing House and the headquarters of the Backlund Morning Post to find out what happened."

After saying that, she tugged at Melanie: "Shall we go back first?"

"----Okay." Melanie nodded a little slowly, took Audrey's arm and was about to turn around when she suddenly stopped and said to the shopkeeper, "Since we're here, give me two copies of ' Great Detective Sherlock '."

Actually, one book would be fine too— Audrey muttered to herself.

The bookstore owner quickly agreed and hurried towards the back warehouse.

As the two were waiting for the new book, a voice suddenly sounded behind them, "Audrey, you're here too? Good morning, Miss Melanie."

Audrey turned to Viscount Glaint, whom she had met just two days prior. "You're here to buy the Volume Two of ' Young Roselle ' too?"

"Yes," Viscount Glaint nodded matter-of-factly. "You know I'm a good-for-nothing; I can only waste my life on literature and drama."

As he spoke, he sensed something was wrong, raised his hand to touch his face, made sure there was nothing dirty on it, and looked at the two men with a puzzled expression.

Woman: "Why are you all looking at me like that?"

West Borough, Intis Selenzo Restaurant.

The Attendant in the red Pseudonym walked quickly down the corridor, stopped outside a luxurious private room, knocked twice, put down what he was carrying, and left.

The light from the crystal chandelier spilled down and shone upon it.

This is a book.

A beautifully bound book with words printed in gold foil on the cover:

Great Detective Sherlock.

The moment the Attendant in the red Pseudonym turned around, the book suddenly rose two centimeters, as if legs had grown from below to support it.

However, this is indeed the case.

If someone were lying on the ground at that moment, they could indeed see this scene.

Then, the door opened.

It walked in on all fours by itself.
