Prince Edessak dreamt of his friend Talim and instructed his butler Finkel to go and find the Detective Sherlock Moriarty.

"For some unknown reason, Detective Sherlock Moriarty seemed to sense something was amiss and decisively chose to flee."

Unfortunately, he got lost!

"No one knew where he wanted to go, but he appeared out of nowhere."

"There are many possible reasons why Sherlock Moriarty got lost, such as being in a state of panic, or the negative influence of certain objects."

"In short, this is absolutely a coincidence! Yes, a coincidence!"

"For unknown and inexplicable reasons, the Dalasco Meteor Shower arrived at this planet some time earlier than expected."

"Some of them landed right in the Woods that Sherlock Moriarty Detective through, yes, right in the middle!"

"Through some unknown means, Sherlock Moriarty quickly contacted Azik Eggers for help."

"Azik Eggers clearly hasn't fully recovered his memories and strength yet. His attempt to travel between the Spirit World and the Astral World ran into trouble due to a potential problem in this area. As a result, he and Sherlock Moriarty ended up not far from Ince Will and his friends."

"Urgent intelligence has arrived from our inside source at the Church of Storms!"

"For some inexplicable reason, members of the Church of Storms, located overseas, stumbled upon everyone's plan by chance."

"While he was trying to evade his colleagues and pass on intelligence, the newly appointed Cardinal of the Deep Blue High Priest,' Radar Valentinus, had already made urgent contact with the Church of the Evernight Goddess and the Church of the God of Steam and Machinery."

"Currently, only Ince Will knows this news."

"But it doesn't matter, he believes that Ms. ' Despair ' and Mr. A are in sync enough with him to make the same choice!"

"Although today isn't the worst time for smog, as long as they act before the Three Great Churches, their plan can still succeed!"

History will remember this day: December 22, 1349, the Great Smog of Backlund!

The edge of the East Borough.

The Lady Despair in the pure white robe looked at the filth and mess that suddenly appeared before her, her beautiful brows furrowing almost imperceptibly.

She looked around and confirmed that this was the East Borough.

Instead of their original destination.

"Teleportation failed... coincidence..." Lady Despair murmured softly, a bright smile playing on her lips.

In that instant, even the afternoon Sun seemed to be overshadowed by her smile.

A gentle breeze blew by, and a cloud drifted in from somewhere, completely obscuring the already pale Sun, making it even dimmer and less bright.

The chimneys in the East Borough and Factory District continue to tirelessly emit black smoke, which mixes with the pale yellow mist, creating an effect like dark clouds looming overhead.

"In that case, let's begin ahead of schedule."

Lady Despair looked around and took a Feather Fall step.

A gentle breeze stirred the fog, its soft touch like a lover's hand. The thick, dark yellow fog began to spread rapidly from the East Borough and the Factory District.

The woman, her face veiled, strolled slowly through the mist.

Where she passed, the originally dark yellow fog thickened without her noticing, making the already dim sky appear even more Drowsiness.

"Thump!"

A Vagrant with a sallow complexion suddenly collapsed.

Immediately afterwards, more people collapsed on this street where Vagrant gathered, and for a time, violent coughing and heavy panting filled the air.

The Lady Despair turned back with an elegant posture, her gaze devoid of pity.

Embrace Despair!

A slight smile played on her lips as she walked down another street.

Meanwhile, deep underground, within the ruins.

Azik said in a deep voice:

"Leave here first, go upstairs."

"Keep escaping from here."

"Don't worry about me. I've remembered a lot of things and know that I was in a Sequence for a long time, a Sequence called ' The Undying.'"

Klein glanced at the suddenly appearing Ince Will, suppressed the hatred in his heart, nodded vigorously, and ran upwards as fast as he could.

I'm only Sequence 7!

Staying here will only be a burden to Mr. Azik!

With that thought in mind, he ran faster and faster, quickly rounding the cliff face and arriving at a dark corridor that supported Vault.

Not far away, several guards dressed in full black armor strode over.

Klein picked up a stone and threw it in the opposite direction.

"Who's there?!"

A guard shouted coldly, his sharp gaze sweeping towards the spot where the stone had fallen.

A few seconds later, they looked at each other:

"Let's go take a look!"

Klein held his breath and stared intently, then quickly pulled Match from his pocket, lit it with his Spirituality energy, and threw it forcefully forward.

Flaming Jump!

Two minutes later, Klein used the same trick again, fooling another team of guards.

Seeing that more patrols were approaching, he used all his "Clown" abilities to hide himself behind the uneven stone wall.

"If this continues, when will it end..." Klein stared, holding his breath, unable to suppress the pessimistic and Despair thoughts that welled up inside him.

Suddenly, he heard a scream, followed by three more screams.

The footsteps just now seemed to be from four people... Klein's heart stirred, and he mustered his courage to quietly leave the stone wall and look towards the direction from which the sound came.

He saw two figures in robes and hoods, each carrying a Corpse in one hand, walking deeper into the corridor.

Internal strife?

Klein hesitated for a moment, then decided to take a gamble.

On the edge of the East Borough, the Liv family's rented house.

Cough cough cough!

Old Kohler suddenly felt an itch in his throat and couldn't help coughing repeatedly.

"Excuse me, I'm going out for a bit," he mumbled, covering his mouth with his hand, as he quickly walked outside.

"Freya, you go... I'll go check on him, you keep working." Liv changed her mind halfway through her sentence, quickly stood up, and chased after Old Kohler.

"Oh." Freya nodded, continuing to beat the clothes in front of her.

None of the three noticed that the fog floating outside the window, which they had opened in hopes of drying clothes on the Balcony faster, had turned a thick, yellowish-black.

Liv had just stepped out of the room when she saw someone lying on the ground a few steps away.

"Old Kohler!"

"Go back! Cough cough cough!" Old Kohler heard the voice, struggled to prop his head up and glanced back. "Stay away from me, and put on your Face Mask!"

He managed to say a sentence, then coughed incessantly in a rough voice.

Seeing that Liv didn't move, he growled again:

"Quick!"

Liv snapped out of her daze and hurriedly called out:

"I took several at the time. Wait here, I'll go get them right now!"

After saying that, she turned around to go back into the house, but before she could take the first step, her vision suddenly went black, and she slowly slumped down, clutching her head.

Freya inside screamed:

"Mother!"

Liv, her chest tightness radiating, looked at her eldest daughter who was running towards her, her eyes red. "Go back! Go back! Put on your Face Mask and take the money to the clinic or Church!"

As she spoke, she struggled to move, making way for her eldest daughter to pass through the doorway.
