In other words, the three powers initially controlled by the "Calamity Bracelet" at least correspond to Sequence 3 "Sea King" of the "Tyrant" Pathway.

This Level 1 Sealed Artifact is perfect in every way.

The only downside is that its current owner's Sequence is too low.

His Spirituality intuition told him that even if he were to recklessly break the seal, he would still be unable to use most of the abilities related to the three powers.

The first three abilities are beyond question; at best, they can barely be used.
