"Where's Sister Feng?" Heath looked around. Why hadn't he seen Officer Jenny Feng anywhere? He was a little puzzled. Officer Jenny Feng was like an older sister to him. Surely she wouldn't miss seeing him off when he was leaving?
"Feng needs to stay in Viridian City's central command room to check traffic, watch the surveillance feeds, and answer calls, so she couldn't come." Officer Jenny Ling smiled at Heath as a crowd of other Officer Jennys gathered around.
"Little Heath~ Have fun on the road! Have a safe trip~" The smiling Officer Jennys cheerfully greeted Heath. Afterward, some hurried away. Heath knew they had to return to finish their shifts for the day.
There was no such thing as time off for Officer Jennys. Generally, they worked either day shifts or night shifts, so Heath sometimes saw exhausted Officer Jennys yawning as they returned to the Dormitory Area early in the morning.
Heath earnestly said goodbye to each of them, and then Officer Jenny Aya walked over.
"Little Heath~ Are you sure you don't want a round of lovemaking with your big sister tonight~?" Officer Jenny Aya gave Heath a sultry look, only to receive a fierce glare from Officer Jenny Ling, which made her behave a little.
"Heath, don't blame Feng. She's been in a terrible mood today. She contacted the Officer Jenny captains in other cities for you. When you get to another city and meet an Officer Jenny, just mention it, and you'll receive special treatment too. Feng owes quite a few favors for this."
