Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny were the Pokémon world's two extraordinary families. The women in these two families had practically identical faces, with only a few extremely subtle differences. Anyone who didn't spend as much time around the Officer Jennys as Heath did would never be able to tell them apart.
Although some women might look a little like Officer Jenny or Nurse Joy, to Heath, the difference was practically that between a legendary beauty and a hideous caricature.
