The same familiar spot, the same familiar place-Heath was back to run his stall, but this time he was in a very good mood. Crabs with roe were very cheap in Viridian City this season, and the Crab Roe Soup Dumplings that had taken the Indigo League by storm had not reached this place yet. Heath planned to have Farfetch'd keep making Crab Roe Soup Dumplings, though considering Viridian City's population, he had not bought many crabs this time.
Heath and Farfetch'd had done this many times before, so Farfetch'd was now making them with practiced ease, while Heath prepared to make other food. These ingredients needed some advance preparation.
"Huh? Heath?!" At the surprised voice, Heath looked up. Although dawn was breaking, Viridian City's streets were still quiet. People here generally did not get up until after seven, so this was still sleeping time.
"Good morning, Mr. Fujiyama." Heath greeted Mr. Fujiyama with a smile. The man before him was none other than Mr. Fujiyama. They had not seen each other for a few days, and his muscles looked even sturdier. The Machamp following Mr. Fujiyama also gave Heath a friendly wave. Heath got along well with Machamp, too.
"Are you back from your travels? Where's Charmander?" Mr. Fujiyama walked over in delighted surprise. His body was covered in traces of sweat, and beads of it were still dripping from his head, but that was normal. After all, Mr. Fujiyama was wearing plenty of weights. Heath took a quick look: two sandbags on his hands, a ring around his waist, two on his legs, and another two on his calves.
Mr. Fujiyama was the same as ever, a fitness enthusiast with a deep interest in and love for muscles. For him, though, these probably only counted as an appetizer.
