Besides, the Little Rotating Hot Pot Heath offered was meant to be affordable, so using Herba Mystica was not actually a very good choice. Still, considering that some customers might have unusual tastes or seek high-quality food, Heath included a broth made with Herba Mystica on the list anyway.
"Pricing this really is a problem, though. Considering the cost, I think I might need to decide based on how much Herba Mystica I add." Heath rubbed his chin. Although he had some experience making Hot Pot Base, he had never actually made one with Herba Mystica, so before he could serve it to customers, he would have to try it himself to see how it tasted.
After all, Heath was a chef with a strong sense of professional ethics. He generally would not take the initiative to serve food to customers before tasting it himself and confirming that it was good, unless the customers directly supplied both the recipes and the things to be made into food. In that case, Heath only needed to follow their recipes. So far, though, he had never encountered that sort of customer. Most of the customers he had met left the cooking to him, and the only one who seemed able to provide a complete recipe was that gentleman from Pallet Town.
With that in mind, Heath planned to make some Hot Pot Base first. He had already worked out how to do it. After all, Herba Mystica only came in those few flavors, and he simply needed to use those seasonings to replace the ingredients that
