"With those skinny little arms and legs, she's clearly a complete beginner who's never done any fitness training. Still, putting together a routine won't be all that complicated." Mr. Fujiyama arrived quickly. After coming in, he saw May sitting neatly on the sofa and gave her a few simple tests before reaching his conclusion. Heath did not particularly mind. May was only a little over nine, not even ten yet. How could a child her age have any experience with fitness training? Unless such ideas had been instilled in them from an early age, children that age were generally busy preparing for their future travels. That was how things worked in the Pokémon world.
Heath had also heard from Mr. Norman that he planned to stop by tomorrow to bring his daughter a Pokémon. Heath had no objections. It was only one more Pokémon, not something he could not afford to keep. Besides, Norman had given May money for living expenses and such. Though some had gone toward furniture and other purchases, there was still enough to last her a long time, so Heath was very much in favor of Norman's idea.
"Sorry for the trouble, Mr. Fujiyama. May, Mr. Fujiyama is very professional. If you follow his workout plan, working as a chef won't be so exhausting in the future." Heath spoke to Mr. Fujiyama with a smile, then turned to May beside him and added that last remark. May nodded obediently. Having tried tossing food in a wok, she now understood very well how important strength was to a chef. Without even enough strength to toss a wok, cooking would become troublesome too.
Mr. Fujiyama went off to put together May's workout plan, leaving Heath free to relax a little. He did not intend to open for business
