• Boss told Lin Yi that she had contained the Burial Body and kept the Green Apron Chefs for research, but that both threats had to be eliminated before departure.
• Boss said the Grand Duke could be left alone because the stolen Hall of Heroes component would return when the Ark set sail.

After a long meal with his companions, Lin Yi left the Hidden Hide-and-Seek room as the group prepared to face the root of the black fog. Convenience Store Owner-003 became the Second-Generation Principal, learned his role in the Ark plan, and returned toward campus as the final battle approached, while Night Watchman-02 taught Mu Daxian the final Admonition.

• After learning that he was part of the Ark plan, the Second-Generation Principal left the Star Prison and headed toward campus despite Night Watchman-02’s warnings.

The Second-Generation Principal was swept through time rifts, glimpsed his own past, and eventually returned to May 12, X023, as the Angel’s projection threatened reality. The group revealed that all conditions for their plan were met, and Boss told him that Lin Yi was its initiator and he must follow Lin Yi’s commands.

• The Second-Generation Principal was summoned through a totem to November 24, X022, where he recognized his past self and realized he had traveled through time.
• The Second-Generation Principal wandered through time rifts, entered Group B Class 2 on May 6, X023, and was expelled by the Security Guard.
• The Second-Generation Principal emerged on May 12, X023, as Lin Yi and the others saw the Angel’s power tearing at the night sky.
• Tian Bufan and Kuai Hongji said the Convenience Store Owner’s arrival as Principal fulfilled the final condition for activating their plan.
• The Second-Generation Principal warned Boss that the Angel had discovered Star Prison, and Boss told him that Lin Yi was the plan’s initiator and that he must follow Lin Yi’s commands.

Lin Yi and his allies awakened the Campus’s hidden power and transformed S City University into a Layer Ark. The Ark took shape above the mountains, though its next destination and purpose remained ahead.

• Tian Bufan used the Second-Generation Principal’s authority to summon Experience Students to safe locations, put them to sleep, and order the awake staff and allies to obey instructions.
• Lin Yi recovered the Campus’s underlying Design Plan and sent Security Guards to surround the Cafeteria, where their lamps turned the remaining Green Apron Chefs into statues.
• Tian Bufan, Wei Shan, and Mao Feiyang took positions across the Campus as Lin Yi and Kuai Hongji connected its structures through their perception.
• Wei Shan reshaped the Dormitory Building into the Ark’s keel, while Mao Feiyang awakened the Library’s Time Compass and Lin Yi inscribed the time into its core.

The Little Girl appeared with Amon's Music Box and The Law-Establisher's Words, and just as the Ark was ready to sail, Tian Bufan announced that old friends had arrived.

• Lin Yi recognized Boss as Xi'er, then ordered the Security Guards to the Ship's Rail and the Dawn Walkers to the Deck.
• The Gym Teachers led the second-tier-and-above Athlete Students through the Safety Passage onto the Layer Ark's Deck, while the younger students stayed behind.
• The Second-Generation Principal recognized traces of past great figures in Lin Yi's group and questioned why Wei Liang was aboard as an ordinary Experience Student.
• Lin Yi called for the Butcher, who burst out of the Nameless Ancient Well and landed aboard the Layer Ark.

The Astrology Master and Amon arrived by Will Descent to help prepare the Ark for its journey through the contaminated Gray Fog Sea. As the crew was about to set sail, the Library’s Librarian emerged from the Ship’s Hold and was ordered to join the Mourners.

• The Astrology Master borrowed Head Teacher 040’s body, summoned the Star-Dream Crystal, and teased Boss before agreeing to help unfurl the Star Chart.
• Mao Feiyang wound Amon’s Music Box, allowing Amon’s will to descend into a Music Box Knight and ask Kuai Hongji and Mao Feiyang to help direct the Mystical Runes.
• Tian Bufan observed that the Astrology Master and Amon’s arrival was an unexpected bonus as the group prepared to set sail.
• The Library’s Librarian emerged from the Ship’s Hold, recognized Butcher, and prostrated himself in apology for arriving uninvited.

Lin Yi and the crew prepared the Layer Ark for its voyage, each taking a role to keep it stable and chart its course through time and space. The Ark set sail into the Abyss as the crew watched the worlds unfold before them.

• The School Doctor emerged from the Gymnasium layer and joined the crew, while the Astrology Master embraced Lin Yi and Boss before taking Kuai Hongji and Mao Feiyang to the Lookout.
• Tian Bufan, Boss, Lin Yi, Wei Shan, the School Doctor, and Amon each took positions to operate or guard the Layer Ark, and Little Girl invited Li Huiyuan to sit with her.
• Amon activated the mystical runes matrix as the Astrology Master unfurled the Star Chart and prepared to monitor the layers; Lin Yi recorded the time and announced that they were setting sail.

Lin Yi led the Layer Ark into the Black Sea while the crew and students fought waves of night-walking species and awakened powerful pathways. After the Ark jumped onward, the defenders were left behind to battle an overwhelming tide and faced the arrival of a high-order heteromorphic Angel.

• Lin Yi ordered Night Watchman-02 to guard the Outpost as the Layer Ark sailed into the Black Sea with Lin Yi, Boss, and the others aboard.
• The Angel’s aura drew night-walking species to the Ark, and the Security Guards, Gym Teachers, and Athlete Students fought them as Xu Shunkang awakened as a Mist Demon Hunter.
• The School Doctor and Lin Yi discussed how deeper contamination enabled new pathways but could pull their users away from reality, while Amon prepared a Mystical Rune matrix to protect the defenders.
• The Astrology Master charted a route to the Gray Fog Sea boundary, and Lin Yi ordered the Ark to jump after Amon separated the protective domain for the people left behind.

Lin Yi and the Layer Ark fought through the Gray Fog Sea as the Angel’s power destroyed the surrounding layers, and the Butcher sacrificed himself to open a path. With the Angel catching up again, Wei Shan wielded Divine Slaughter to send the Ark onward toward Guixu and stayed behind to confront it.

• The Angel’s fluctuations tore through the Gray Fog Sea, and the Butcher sacrificed himself to cut a passage for the Layer Ark.
• Lin Yi reassured Boss that he would return as the Ark reached the deeper boundary of the Gray Fog Sea.
• The Astrology Master and Amon prepared the Ark for further leaps while Amon’s will and the other crew members struggled to endure the layers.
• The Second-Generation Principal discovered that the Night Watchman Iron Laws had been contaminated and faced Funerary Sacrifice Participants attacking the railing.
• The Angel caught up with the Ark, so Wei Shan summoned his cracked Baseball Bat and used Divine Slaughter to send the others toward Guixu.

The Principal escaped the Mist-Speaker’s control, returned to the Layer Ark, and destroyed the High-Rank Alien Angel attacking the deck. As the Angel’s original body closed in and blocked the route to Guixu, Boss prepared to lure it into descending so she could help Lin Yi’s group cross the final boundary.

• The Principal found the anchor point, split from the Mist-Speaker’s will, and was freed when the Butcher’s will erased it; he then returned to the ship’s side.
• The Second-Generation Principal died defending the ship’s side, rose as an Obsession Sculpture, and held off the Funerary Sacrifice Participants until the Principal returned and burned them away.
• The Principal rushed to the deck, where he engulfed the High-Rank Alien Angel in ashes and overwhelmed it, but the Butcher’s power pulled him into a rift before he could rejoin the Layer Ark.
• The Angel’s fluctuations forced the Layer Ark out of the layers, while the Astrology Master explained that its route to Guixu was locked and required a loophole in the Angel’s logic.
• Boss proposed luring the Angel into descending so she could pierce the layers and send Lin Yi’s group into Guixu, then began gathering her strength as Amon and the Astrology Master handed over their tools.

The Angel’s original body began descending from the Root, crushing the Gray Fog Sea and its structures as its arrival fractured existence itself. As the world began to be erased, the Shadow of the Great Serpent offered to act once, while Tian Bufan planned to use the confrontation to bring Guixu to him.

• Wei Liang, the Astrology Master, Amon, and Tian Bufan realized the Angel was cutting into their timeline and that they needed to reach Guixu to use Tian Bufan’s trump card.
• The Angel’s approach shattered the Astrology Master’s Star Chart and the Layer Ark’s Mystical Runes Matrix, badly damaging the Astrology Master and Amon.
• The Shadow of the Great Serpent emerged from Lin Yi’s shadow and offered to act once against the Angel, while Tian Bufan said everyone might have to face it at this moment.
• Tian Bufan said he would shake the timeline when the others faced the Angel, making Guixu come to him if he could not reach it.
• The Angel appeared beyond the world and began descending, spreading dimensional cracks across the Gray Fog Sea, the Layer Ark, and every living and dead being.

Boss and the Shadow of the Great Serpent fought the Angel while the Principal revealed how to reach Guixu. Tian Bufan restored his memories and sacrificed himself to awaken the original Supreme Heaven, who subdued the First Apostles and prepared to make them ascend to godhood.

• Boss invoked her Supreme Crown and used her authority over time to hold back the Angel, while the Shadow of the Great Serpent summoned its original body and the Holy Sun’s last embers.
• The Principal arrived and revealed that the Mist-Speaker had concealed Guixu, so the Shadow of the Great Serpent tore open the black fog and exposed the path to it.
• Guixu awakened, and Tian Bufan told Lin Yi that their experiences were the book itself before ascending and calling out his true name as Supreme Heaven.
• Tian Bufan vanished as the original Supreme Heaven emerged, and the First Apostles accused him of betraying their pursuit of supreme authority.
• Supreme Heaven explained that their original purpose had been to keep everyone alive, suppressed the First Apostles, and invited them to ascend to godhood.

Lin Yi entered the dimensional fissure as memories revealed that Supreme Heaven had engineered the cataclysm to exile dangerous First Apostles and protect the world. As Lin Yi pursued the Root through endless dimensions, he began to dissolve into its primal binary existence.

• Supreme Heaven gathered the fragments of Guixu, revealed his power, and sent Lin Yi through the dimensional passage while Li Huiyuan said goodbye.
• Boss, the Shadow of the Great Serpent, and Supreme Heaven entered the fissures to confront the Angel, while Wei Liang, Kuai Hongji, and Mao Feiyang stayed behind to defend the Layer Ark and mark Lin Yi's way home.
• Lin Yi recovered memories of Supreme Heaven's secret plan with Wei Liang to exile the First Apostles threatening the world and later defeat them in Guixu.

After Lin Yi vanished into the Time Stream to contain the Root, Li Huiyuan, Boss, and Wei Liang tried to reach him across time and dimensions. Wei Liang invoked his true name and called Lin Yi home, but the Time Stream shattered his attempt, leaving Lin Yi’s fate unresolved.

• Wei Liang explained that Lin Yi had become part of the timeline and could not return, and Li Huiyuan erupted in grief, awakening her original body and sending her will into the layers to find him.
• The Little Girl revealed that Lin Yi remained within the Time Stream and that Li Huiyuan’s aura could serve as an anchor; Boss followed Li Huiyuan into the dimensional rift while the Shadow of the Great Serpent stayed behind.
• When the Black Moon withered, Wei Liang used the fabricated Xia Lian’s accumulated power and his Baseball Cap, a dimensional bomb, to send his strength and a call toward Lin Yi.
• Wei Liang’s call reached Lin Yi, who recognized the voices of Boss, Li Huiyuan, and the others and spoke his name as Celestial Worthy Wei Liang of Fortune and Life.
• Wei Liang and countless versions of himself called Lin Yi home, but the Time Stream shattered their phantom opera house and erased Wei Liang’s figure, and Lin Yi closed his eyes.

Lin Yi returned from the World Tree after Wei Liang’s apparent death, restored Boss and Li Huiyuan, and reunited with them in the Gray Fog Sea. Back in reality, he joined them aboard Wei Liang’s Blue Bus as they set off to repair problems in the Timeline.

• Wei Liang was erased by the curse of time, but the World Tree formed a cocoon that gave birth to Lin Yi.
• Lin Yi restored Boss and Li Huiyuan, who embraced him, and then told them to go back.
• Lin Yi, Boss, Li Huiyuan, and "Supreme Heaven" returned to S City University after the Astrology Master’s and Amon’s wills dissipated.
