Clear the mind and temper all concerns, without thought or contemplation-
In all cultivation, one must first settle the mind and qi. "When the mind comprehends, all methods are comprehended; when the mind is still, all methods cease. All who cultivate the Dao must first cultivate the method of settling the mind. Once this method is attained, the Purple Mansion is not distant, the golden elixir is not remote, and the Immortal Dao is within sight!"
