"Rooar!" (I evolved!)
Watching its companions charge toward it, Firefly slowly extinguished the flames burning around its body, raised both claws, and cheered.
After evolving, its previously small body stood roughly three meters tall. Its build had also changed from that of a bear cub to an adult bear, losing some of its youthful cuteness and gaining a fierce, powerful air.
The flame-colored fur covering its body had now turned a deeper cherry red. Only a patch of flame-colored fur remained on its chest, forming a flame pattern like a brand.
Previously, Firefly's ears had always been shrouded in flames. Now, those flames had moved to its forehead, like a third eye between its brows, making Firefly look exceptionally mighty.
Every casual swing of its muscular claws sent sparks flying, burning continuously on the ground with crisp crackles.

What it displayed now was the form of a Poison Fire Bear.
"You finally evolved successfully." Xu Ran breathed a sigh of relief and smiled. "Your evolution was probably even harder than Purple Cloud's."

Purple Cloud nodded in agreement. Remembering the dangerous battle Firefly had fought against itself during its evolution, Purple Cloud could not help feeling nervous for it.
Purple Cloud's own evolution had been difficult because of the addition of another attribute, but it really had not involved danger like that.

Remembering its earlier battle with the Fire-Tailed Bear Firefly, Firefly scratched its head, scraping a few sparks off its body, and chuckled. Then it remembered something and hurriedly spoke.
