The Summit of Stars Championship began with top guilds and emerging warbands demonstrating their battlefield tactics. Gang Sword defeated Dance of Shadows through Gang Po’s command, while other guilds advanced in matches across the arenas.
A highlight reel celebrated the first round of Summit of the Stars before the second round began. Throat of Defying Fate’s Dragon Sparrow Warband defeated the much larger Dragonblood Knight Order with overwhelming control of space, gravity, and elemental magic.
Ye Ming’s Mist Legion overwhelmed the larger Shattered Stone Guild with coordinated assassinations and corrosive mist, then advanced through several tournament rounds. The chapter ends as the Mist Guild is matched against the First Sparrow Guild for the fifth round.
Ye Ming’s Mist Legion fought Fate Throat’s Dragon Sparrow Legion on Storm Island, but Dragon Sparrow’s superior coordination and reserves won the fifth-round match. The next day, attention turned to the round 13 clash between the Kindergarten Grinders Guild and Wings of the Firmament Guild as both entered the arena.
Principal’s Darkspawn Legion and the Hardcore Grinders Group led the Kindergarten Hardcore Grinders Warband to a costly comeback victory over Wings of the Sky Dome. Two days later, the tournament announced its championship showdown between Divine Hall and Drunken Feast, leaving the players waiting to see which guild would claim the title.
Divine King’s Divine Hall Warband and Woshnidie’s Drunken Feast Warband faced off in the Summit of the Stars finals, turning their shared history into a fierce contest of tactics and strength. As Woshnidie deployed Battle Formations, Divine King shifted his forces into a defensive Fortress Formation, leaving the outcome undecided.
Divine Hall defeated Drunken Feast in the Summit of the Stars final after both guilds unveiled their ultimate Battle Formation Dharma Forms. Divine Hall claimed the championship and the [Lord of the Stars] title, and the tournament reward distribution began.
Qi Sheng created the War Library from the Summit of the Stars tournament data, giving players a way to replay matches and train against fixed team mirror images. In the Phantom Spirit Wasteland, Hard as Steel's squad discovered an underground palace, where touching a corpse's greatsword pulled him into a spatial rift and left his teammates unable to reach him.
Tu Hu woke in a mysterious space, where Cang Xuan trained him to understand sword momentum and choose the path of protection. After revealing that he had left a shadow to pass on his Dao, Cang Xuan disappeared, leaving Tu Hu to continue as his successor.
Tu Hu spent Sacrificial Power to learn Cang Xuan's past, tracing his life from the declining martial arts city of Wu City to his discovery of a sword power driven by intent. After Cang Xuan annihilated Light-Erosion Race warriors, the Dreamweaver leaders sent him to the Broken Blade Assault Corps to fight at the front.
Cang Xuan fought the Light-Erosion Race for two hundred years, only to return to a ruined Dreamweaver civilization and learn that its legacy could survive through spiritual inheritance. After Cang Xuan passed his sword Dao into the illusion, Tu Hu witnessed his life and asked Guide to assess his strength.
Tu Hu learned that Cang Xuan’s Sword of Protection could be inherited through a life soul, and his teammates helped him raise the 2.5 million sacrificial power needed to seal it. After socketing the new life soul in place of Rending, Tu Hu named it Cost Me 2.5 Million, and the Player Faction received a creation announcement.
Tu Hu inherited the Sword of Protection, Slaughter, and Destruction Momentums from Cang Xuan’s shadow and received the Dreamweaver Civilization’s wisdom crystal to deliver to Cang Xuan’s homeworld. After recovering Cang Xuan’s remains from the Trading House and testing his new power against monsters, Tu Hu set out across the wasteland, determined to fulfill his promise.
Tu Hu learned that returning the Dreamweaver civilization’s legacy to its ruined homeland would require a costly teleportation array, so he and his teammates agreed to raise the sacrificial power together. After more than ten days of grinding Adventurer World instances, they saved enough for a high-risk, single-person array and contacted the Gold Coin Chamber of Commerce to begin construction.
Tu Hu traveled through a dangerous one-way Teleportation Array, but a spatial vortex left him stranded in a primeval jungle with severe injuries and no memories. After awakening an astonishing strength while fighting a beast, he fled into a cave and was on the verge of being devoured by a giant spider when unseen attackers struck it down.
Tu Hu recovered among the Velvet Spirit Tribe, learned of their struggle against the Ferocious Tribe, and became part of their community. After unlocking the Wisdom Crystal's library, he concluded that he might be a survivor of the Dreamweaver Tribe and resolved to guide the Velvet Spirit Tribe using its knowledge.
Tu Hu used knowledge from the Library to transform the Velvet Spirit Tribe with metalworking, farming, irrigation, defenses, and record-keeping. After the tribe survived a devastating flood and defeated the Ferocious Tribe through traps and guerrilla tactics, Tu Hu and A Lan, A Fen, and A Lü joined hands to welcome a future free of their old enemy.
The Velvet Spirit Tribe reclaimed Star Valley, built a prosperous settlement, and strengthened its warriors after a disastrous clash with the Shadowclaw Clan. The Rockarmor Clan then destroyed their home, leaving Tu Hu to lead the surviving young into exile and vow to return for vengeance.
Tu Hu led the Velvet Spirit Tribe through years of migration, helped them establish New Star Valley, and watched them build an energy-powered civilization. As the tribe prospered and generations passed, Lan Xing and Mo Tong died, leaving Tu Hu to remain as its solitary Path Guardian.
After Lan Xing and Mo Tong died, Lie Zhua and Hui Xin led New Star Valley along competing military and biological research paths, developing new weapons, armor, and gene-enhancing potions. Hui Xin’s secret experiment with Shadow Stalker Evil Beast genes caused a fatal outbreak, and Lie Zhua was forced to end her life while Tu Hu mourned the loss of another child he had watched grow up.
After Hui Xin’s death, Jing Si led the research department down a cautious path of internal evolution while Lie Zhua advanced military technology through successive wars. Generations of hardship and innovation brought New Star Valley closer to reclaiming Star Valley, and Qi Ming’s Spirit Talk network connected the growing territory as Tu Hu received New Year greetings from the people he had guided.
As New Star Valley prospered, a powerful foreign race crushed the Rongling’s border defenses, forcing Tu Hu to argue that they should become vassals to preserve their people. Lie Zhua accepted negotiations to protect the civilization’s future, and Tu Hu volunteered to meet the enemy himself.
Tu Hu negotiated the Velvet Spirit Tribe's submission to the Riftbone Tribe in exchange for a chance to preserve its people and develop its capabilities. After the Riftbone Tribe imposed brutal rule and executed Lie Zhua, Tu Hu accepted the dead leader's charge to protect the tribe and continue its struggle.
Over more than a decade, Tu Hu guided the enslaved Velvet Spirit Tribe into the Riftbone Tribe’s military and communications systems, using their dependence to gather intelligence and prepare a counterattack. The Dark Web connected scattered tribespeople, while hidden safeguards and covert weapons made the Riftbone Tribe’s own strength part of the plan for its eventual ruin.
After thirty-five years of preparation, the Velvet Spirit Tribe exploited the Riftbone Tribe’s war with the Windwall Race to launch a coordinated uprising and destroy the Riftbone dynasty. The chapter ended with the Velvet Spirit Tribe honoring its fallen at the Monument of the Enduring Flame as a new era began.
