Nash having information about the Wraiths' camp could only mean, in Lier's opinion, that the kid had also been looking for a chance to sell out his boss, Bowen.
Maelstrom was an organization with no sense of loyalty, and the Wraiths were an even more ruthless gathering place for con artists, rapists, and murderers.
The only things that could bring them together were the somewhat entertaining activities of robbery, murder, rape, and theft. At the slightest hint of trouble, they all remembered one principle:
Let your fellow Daoist die instead of you.
Bowen definitely still had no idea that Nash and the Militech squad had all been wiped out.
If they didn't hit the Wraiths now, who knew where they'd find them later-the Militech forces already had trouble finding Nomads in the Badlands, and it would be even harder for the Nomads to find a few Wraiths.
The Cement Factory wasn't too far from here, about a two-hour drive.
In the car, Lier began explaining their next objective:
Lier: "Listen up. The data Nash left behind includes the coordinates of a Wraith camp. Their boss, Bowen, is at the camp right now."
Lier: "If we take out this stronghold, they'll be scattered. Without the Wraiths' help, it'll be even harder for Militech to find the Nomads in the Badlands."
Thor: "But the blockade will continue. The bad news is that the Stone Ridge camp has very few supplies, only enough for two days."
Lier: "All the more reason to hit this stronghold. Bowen may have planned from the start to use Nash as bait and a safety measure, so he naturally wouldn't have left much in the way of supplies.
There may be a lot of military-grade equipment in the Cement Factory. Maine, you and I will lead the charge,
