The group exposed Yi Lianhai’s connections to the Paleontology Research Association before Hide-and-Seek began, and Yi Yu revealed that the game treated him and Qin Manjiang as one.

• Qin Manjiang reunited with Yan Xiao, Shen Hai, Abyss, and Li Xijiu, revealed his connection to Jiang Du, and announced that he had redeemed a solo challenge to leave permanently.
• Zhong Xueran discovered that the Paleontology Research Association had taken her family’s belongings from Little Chongyang Temple before a red-umbrella ghost trapped her.
• Qin Manjiang explored Guanyin Flat Lake with Long Sen and escaped the underwater corpses, but a water ghost later drowned Long Sen.

Qin Manjiang and the other Ten Seats entered Snake Mouth District’s Hide-and-Seek game, where delayed map markers and multiple ghosts turned the hunt into a series of personal puzzles. Qin cleared his stage, while Zheng Jun, Chen Zhiyuan, Shen Hai, and Nie Yunzhen remained trapped in danger as the game continued.

• Qin Manjiang and Shen Hai joined Nie Yunzhen’s group in Snake Mouth District, where they found no local rumors to explain the game or identify its ghost.
• The Eye Realm selected Liu Jingqing, Nie Yunzhen, Chen Zhiyuan, Shen Hai, Mayfly, and Qin Manjiang for the game, marking Qin as [Professor].
• Qin Manjiang and Liu Jingqing explored the district and noticed people and objects with eyes turning toward them, while Shen Hai and the other groups encountered the same stares.

Qin Manjiang investigated the hauntings and secrets surrounding Guanyin Flat Lake, uncovering the connection between its entity, the Spirit Pupils, and the eyes watching the domed cities. As Yi Yu’s illness worsened and Li Xijiu’s warning left Xia Nan gravely injured, Qin prepared to return to the lake while new revelations about porcelain and Mei Sijun’s return emerged.

• Nie Yunzhen used the Shared-Fate Lock to locate the ghost in the maze of doors, while Qin Manjiang rang the Hanging Bell and lit up Snake Mouth District.
• The bell triggered a hide-and-seek game with the original ghost, and Qin Manjiang searched the Fountain Pool as Shen Hai and Chen Zhiyuan risked themselves to save him.
• Qin Manjiang read Yi Lianhai’s notebook and learned that Xu Yi’s remains had been used to create Yi Yu, then warned Yan Xiao about Yi Lianhai’s plans.
• Yi Yu met Zhong Xueran, who recognized him as Xu Yi, while Qin Manjiang investigated Xie Xingrong and learned that Bai Gu was the Divine Envoy.

• Yi Lianhai showed Mei Sijun Xu Yi’s preserved body, explained his Desecration experiment, and sought his help to elevate a human into the being behind the Eye Realm.
• Qin Manyi rescued Yi Yu from drowning in strange water, but Yi Yu let the water carry him away after saying it was where he had been born.
• Qin Manjiang entered Guanyin Flat Lake twenty years in the past and sheltered with a mute woman who fed her severed finger to a pursuing ghost.
• Qin Manjiang allied with Zhao Laoda and discovered that Guanyin Village stood over a Great Tomb after many villagers’ relatives had disappeared.
• Zuo Xian revealed her identity, called Qin Manjiang Jiang Du, and led him toward the tomb while claiming that they and Bai Gu had come for the [Embryo].
• Yi Lianhai told Mei Sijun that the Bai family controlled the man-made [Eye Realm] Game and proposed using him as a vessel for positive emotions.
• Bai Gu led Little Yang and the villagers underground while Qin Manjiang used his Guanyin Phantom to open a stone door into what seemed to be the [Eye Realm].
