Qin Manjiang entered Fu City’s Eye Realm disguised as Professor and joined five players in the Sick Village ghost story. As the players faced deadly rules across the village, Xu Tingfang uncovered clues in Sick Village Records and met Shen Hai in the Library.

• Fang Xiu explained that Lian Yan’s tainted blood had triggered hunting mode in Moon City’s Eye Realm, while Qin Manjiang identified him as the man who escaped Ping'an Hospital.
• Fang Xiu and Qin Manjiang found Yan Yaoling’s frozen, dismembered body, and Qin deduced that the killer could turn into ice and had escaped through the air conditioner’s drain hose.
• The Eye Realm summoned Qin Manjiang as Professor and five other players to Sick Village, where each arrived at a different location with its own rules.
• Luo Chengyou entered Nine-Bend Alley, followed a monster into a narrow passage, and was crushed by the closing walls after touching the Frog Eggs.
• Du Bi'an entered the Public Toilet and was infected by black particles after mistaking a message in his own handwriting for a safe instruction.
• Xu Tingfang entered the Library while Yu Ruoli faced a patient in the Medical Station and Shen Hai sought a way to pay at the Supermarket.
• Qin Manjiang encountered granule-covered residents in the Nursing Home, while Xu Tingfang read Sick Village Records describing the infection, failed escapes, and a gigantic hand covered in eyes.
• Xu Tingfang suspected that the Library Administrator had arrived when books flew back onto the shelves, but Shen Hai stopped her and helped her realize the books could not have been carried by a person.

Shen Hai and Qin Manjiang uncovered the Nursing Home director’s role in Sick Village’s supernatural outbreak and destroyed him, but the game only ended after Qin Manjiang saved Yu Ruoli from becoming a mermaid. After the survivors left the village, Qin Manjiang returned to Moon City and was drawn into a new hunting game.

• Shen Hai and Xu Tingfang connected Sick Village’s map, Frog Eggs, and a missing Nursing Home resident, while Qin Manjiang investigated the Public Toilet and Nine-Bend Alley and Shen Hai recovered Xu Tingfang’s body.
• Shen Hai and Qin Manjiang concluded an evil god was behind the village’s horrors, then traced them to the Old Director and his hidden chamber beneath the Nursing Home.
• The Old Director forced Yu Ruoli to eat Mermaid Flesh, transforming her, while Qin Manjiang and Shen Hai used alcohol to destroy the director and his frog-egg residents.
• When the game continued, Qin Manjiang descended into the flooded hidden space to find Yu Ruoli, and Shen Hai escaped through a window.
• Qin Manjiang found Yu Ruoli conscious in mermaid form and used the Doll to erase her longevity ability at the cost of his emotion of liking, after which the Ghost Story announced the village cleared.
• Yu Ruoli woke safely in Fu City, while Shen Hai agreed to help Qin Manjiang investigate an impostor in Fu City’s Eye Realm.
• Qin Manjiang returned to Moon City, questioned Fang Xiu about Yan Yaoling’s murder, and learned from Dog that Kong had invited him to a hunting game at Yuelai Hotel.

Qin Manjiang reunited with Qin Manyi in Moon City as the Killing Feast exposed the Paleontology Research Association and its interest in the Eye Realm. He later entered the Seven Children Ghost Story, where the players struggled against scripted events and [Abyss]’s betrayal, while Chen Xin began doubting their shared memories.

• Flower and Qin Manjiang attended the Moon City banquet, where Mi Qiao warned him to leave and Lian Yan revealed that the gathering had become a deadly hunt.
• Lian Yan explained that he had turned Moon City’s Eye Realm into a Killing Feast, while the Paleontology Research Association used armed forces to trap the guests and pursue its own ambitions for the realm.
• Qin Manjiang reunited with Qin Manyi, escaped the hotel attack with her, and learned that her boss believed Moon City had created the Lower River Village Ghost Story.
• Qin Manjiang stayed at Qin Manyi’s boss’s shop and learned that her boss was investigating whether he was Jiang Du, while Yan Xiao asked a doctor to keep every player in Fu City alive.
• The Eye Realm selected Professor, five other players, and [Abyss] for Seven Children, transporting them to a snowy 2007 setting where Qin Manjiang found himself playing Xiao Qi.
• The seven players assembled their invitations into a route map, discovered that the Ghost Story forced them to reenact the children’s past, and agreed to distinguish fixed events from events they could change.
• The group resisted a dangerous enactment and fled a vengeful ghost, but [Abyss] took their energy bars and abandoned them as he headed for shelter alone.
• Lin Ruonan led Qin Manjiang and the others to a Hunter’s Cabin, while Chen Xin and Wu Tiansheng became lost and Chen Xin began questioning [Abyss]’s humanity and the reliability of their memories.

Qin Manjiang and the others uncovered how [One] possessed the Seven Children and struggled to bring Wu Tiansheng to Snow Summit while Spider Woman hunted them. Wu Tiansheng reached the summit, where the Giant Ghost seized the group, and the Game cleared before they could receive a settlement.

• Chen Xin and Wu Tiansheng found their mother’s corpse in a cabin, with the flesh removed from her back, while the others discovered human meat in another cabin.
• Lin Ruonan and Hu Feifei witnessed a giant skeletal figure at the summit, and Lin Ruonan later died after a distorted figure attacked her near the cabin.
• Qin Manjiang and the others pieced together that [One]’s consciousness moved among the Seven Children, while [One]’s diary described a missing younger sister and a strange realm beyond the summit.
• Hu Feifei approached Spider Woman, believing it could force [One] to face reality, but Spider Woman killed her as Xia Nan watched.
• Qin Manjiang revealed that the players inhabited nested spirit worlds and concluded that they needed to find [One]’s vessel and bring it to Spider Woman.
• Qin Manjiang let [One] possess him to delay it, while Xia Nan drew Spider Woman away and triggered an avalanche that buried them both.
• Qin Manjiang, Abyss, Chen Xin, and Xia Nan took turns containing [One] as Wu Tiansheng climbed to the summit and reached for a point of light.
• The Giant Ghost lifted the survivors toward its mouth, but Jiang Du and Li Xijiu intervened, the Game declared “Seven Children” cleared, and the group lost consciousness before receiving a settlement.
