After hearing Kalecgos's account, Nozdormu reacted exactly as Alexstrasza had expected. "Gaining the dragons' approval?" The Bronze Dragon Aspect laughed excitedly. "You really should see what happened at the End of Time, Kalecgos. The person who sent you here to deliver this message joined forces with the Infinite Dragons long ago."
"Then why have you never told us, Nozdormu?" Ysera asked. "And why are you saying it now?"
For a moment, regret and self-reproach flashed across the Lord of Time's face. But Nozdormu immediately clenched his teeth. His expression returned to its usual hard, unyielding state.
"Because it no longer means anything to me." He gritted his teeth. "I kept trying to stop him in the past, but I... failed every time."
Ysera felt guilty for asking that question. She had inadvertently touched Nozdormu's sore spot. Whatever he had done behind his companions' backs, he had merely been fulfilling his duty as the guardian of time.
"No one will blame you, Nozdormu." Alexstrasza's voice remained gentle. "There is no point dwelling on the past. Let us deal with the matter before us."
Lifebinder's words kindled a spark of hope in Kalecgos's heart.
"Kalecgos, is your sister in danger now?" Alexstrasza asked. In her mind, Nathanos was completely different from the Lich King. Tethys was being held in a Forsaken prison; she should not have been tortured.
"She is well," Kalecgos said. "Nathanos told me so. When the former Great Chief of the Horde sent people to attack the Blue Dragonflight escorting the Prism of Focus, his men saved the dying Tethys."
Nozdormu looked exceptionally shocked. Seeing this, Kalecgos stepped forward and looked at him pleadingly. "Lord of Time, perhaps there have been conflicts between you and Nathanos in the past, but they are not irreconcilable. I hope you can help
