Whether it would work or not, a mere two days was nowhere near enough time for things to develop. Chu Ge made no attempt to test what might have changed for the moment, simply copying down Yan Qianlie's battle at Hongfa Temple in silence.
Qiu Wuji ostensibly went to reinforce Hongfa Temple, but the main reinforcements were actually several elders, along with Chu Tiange and the experts of Skyreach City.
Qiu Wuji herself took several other elite members of the Cloudreach Sect to lie in ambush in the East Sea.
This battle was on an entirely different level from the earlier surprise attack on Skyreach City. In Chu Ge's conception, it could be considered the opening prelude to the final war of the Mortal Realm-the entire war could be said to begin here, drawing out the enemy's king, Dabei's moves overseas, and Chu Tiange's breakthrough, continuing through many battles from different perspectives until the final eruption.
It was one continuous climax.
A major storyline like this could not be finished in a day or two, but there was not that much left, either.
The best part was that it was extremely easy to copy.
Just copying Yan Qianlie's attack on Hongfa Temple's gates, how the monks responded, how Qiu Wuji deployed her forces, what secret schemes Hydra and the others had, what calculations the Gu God cooperating with Yan Qianlie had of his own, and how Chu Tiange rushed to the rescue took up several chapters...
Then he could switch perspectives again and write about Dabei and such...
After several days, even the fighting at Hongfa Temple alone had yet to finish, and, for once, he actually had several chapters stockpiled.
Chu Ge grinned so hard his mouth went crooked.
The "feedback" over these past few days had been impressive,
