Arc 18The Moon Church Expedition

Kallen investigated Dawensi’s unfinished imprint, helped expose the danger of Mrs. Sidra and the Rula Evil Spirit, and joined Neo in escorting the Moon Order God Church delegation. The delegation reached the war fleet bound for the Reincarnation Sacred Land, where burning meteors began falling toward the ships.

  • Kallen entered Dawensi’s Spiritual Imprint and learned that the Order God Church’s leaders were rewriting religious history and trying to create a god.
  • Neo pursued Mrs. Sidra through York City’s underground tunnels, defeated her and the Rula Evil Spirit, and presented the battle as thwarting a threat to the city.
  • Kallen helped host Sarayina’s delegation, and Sarayina awakened Ankara’s power, sealed the others’ memories, and unexpectedly called Kallen “Father?”
  • Sarayina and the Order God Church delegation concluded talks with an agreement to peg Moon Wheel Vouchers to Order Vouchers, while the Moon Order God Church declared war on the Reincarnation Church.
  • Kallen and Neo accepted a mission to lead an observation delegation to Moon Order God Church territory, and their squad chose to join them.
  • After reaching the Mipos Archipelago, Kallen declared the delegation’s support for the Moon Order God Church, and Neo was struck by a crossbow bolt just after announcing that his debts were paid.
  • Kallen swore to follow Commander Gelinga’s orders and boarded a frigate with his squad to observe the campaign against the Reincarnation Sacred Land.
  • The fleet crossed a barrier into a turbulent void countercurrent, and enormous burning meteors appeared overhead as Kallen and Muli watched from the frigate.
Chapters 426–450 Vol. 5 Read

Ch. 426The pen's consciousness

During a faith test, Kallen’s Goose Quill mistook him for the God of Order, revealing that Tyranus was slumbering and exposing a link between the Quill and Deputy Director Dawensi. Kallen used the Quill to investigate other pens and intervene in the tests, ending with Richard protesting Kallen’s simulated lecture.

  • Kallen asked the Goose Quill about the God of Order, the Previous Era, and Tyranus, learning that Tyranus was slumbering and awaiting a summons.
  • Kallen discovered that Dawensi was the Quill’s third consciousness and learned that it recorded Dawensi’s Spiritual Imprints.
  • Kallen directed the Goose Quill to check nine dormant pens, which held no unfinished Spiritual Imprints.
  • Kallen took control of the Goose Quill during Alfred’s test, listened to Alfred’s remarks, and let him continue after confirming another pen held no unfinished Spiritual Imprints.
  • Kallen appeared during Richard’s test, and Richard complained that Kallen was using a character-simulation feature to lecture him.

Ch. 427The rebels

Kallen examined an unfinished Spiritual Imprint in a Goose Quill and heard Vice Dean Dawensi argue that the Order God Church had betrayed the God of Order’s original purpose. The imprint ended as Dawensi called for action against leaders who were trying to make a god, leaving Kallen to consider where he and Neo stood among the church’s factions.

  • Kallen used the final unchecked Goose Quill to enter Dawensi’s unfinished Spiritual Imprint and found himself in a lecture hall.
  • Dawensi argued that the Order God Church had originally existed to drive gods out of the human world, but that its leadership had altered religious history and was creating a new enemy of Order.
  • Kallen concluded that Dawensi represented internal reformists, while Gandiro was a subversive, and wondered which faction he and Neo belonged to.
  • Dawensi revealed images of John Rotini and Mr. Koma Mr. Luther and accused the church’s leaders of trying to make a god before the imprint cut off.
  • Kallen returned to the cabin, asked the Goose Quill to preserve Richard’s third stream of conscious thought, gave himself ten points, and left while Richard and Alfred remained with their quills.

Ch. 428Time to hunt

Kallen completed his examination and learned that the Garrison had deployed an Eagle-Falcon Knight Squad to hunt in York City. As Mrs. Sidra attacked an Order Cleric family while restraining the evil spirit, Neo's surveillance network found the killer's location, and he rose to hunt.

  • Kallen scored ten points on his examination, while Richard scored six, Alfred scored ten, and Philomina scored nine.
  • Xiali warned Kallen that the Garrison was hunting in York City and teased Bart about visiting his fiancée.
  • Mrs. Sidra ignored a suspected trap, entered a family’s home under the guise of delivering a safety booklet, and attacked the parents while stopping the evil spirit from eating their children.
  • Neo explained that he had hired street children to watch for the killer posing as an Order Cleric and entering homes with safety booklets.
  • Wende received a report from a child at No. 128, Sunflower Street, and Neo tore off his bandages, stood up, and announced that it was his time to hunt.

Ch. 429Kallen, watch and learn

Thomas tried to recruit Mrs. Sidra and the Rula Evil Spirit, but Neo interrupted their escape and pursued them through York City. Neo cornered Mrs. Sidra underground and fought her with Light powers, ending with a reckless counterattack that engulfed her in flames.

  • Thomas told Mrs. Sidra that the professor understood her anger and offered her a chance to resist the Order God Church with their organization, but she refused to stop her revenge.
  • Neo exposed Thomas and attacked the house; Mrs. Sidra escaped as black mist with the Rula Evil Spirit while Neo pursued her and sent his squad to follow.
  • Mrs. Sidra disguised herself as a streetwalker and evaded Neo briefly, but he tracked her into the underground heating tunnels and confronted her.
  • Mrs. Sidra attacked Neo with poisonous vegetation and mental whispers, but Neo burned away her attacks and pressed forward with a Light Greatsword.
  • Mrs. Sidra stabbed Neo through the chest with a wooden sword, but Neo shifted his heart, impaled her with his Light Greatsword, and blasted her with the Flame of Light.

Ch. 430The Captain's Stance

Neo fought Mrs. Sidra and the Rula Evil Spirit beneath York City, ultimately using Mrs. Sidra’s sacrifice to let the spirit escape before trapping it with the Tower of Light. As witnesses gathered, Neo prepared to present the battle as proof that he had loyally stopped a Light Remnant’s plot.

  • Neo rejected the Rula Evil Spirit’s offer to join him, and he and Mrs. Sidra resumed their fight through the underground pipes.
  • Neo gained the advantage and forced Mrs. Sidra to choose between dying with the Rula Evil Spirit or sacrificing herself to free her daughter.
  • Mrs. Sidra used a life-consuming seal on Neo, then accelerated her soul’s disintegration and confessed her hatred for the Rula Evil Spirit and the Order God Church.
  • The Rula Evil Spirit escaped through the wall, but Neo summoned the Tower of Light and struck her back underground as onlookers converged on the area.
  • Neo suppressed the Rula Evil Spirit and pointed to Mrs. Sidra’s corpse, claiming that he had thwarted a Light Remnant’s plot against York City.

Ch. 431Richard's question

Neo recovered from his battle with the Rula Evil Spirit and was hospitalized, where he and Kallen compared their encounters with a powerful organization. Kallen later discussed Richard’s question about the Goose Quill and ended by wondering whether his Alt Bloodline explained his unusual influence over it.

  • Neo destroyed the Rula Evil Spirit, injured himself to control his recovery, and collapsed before the knights and Clerics arrived.
  • Kallen and Muli visited Neo at the hospital, where Kallen and Xinyali arranged for her to work through Alfred and discussed the trouble surrounding the mission.
  • Neo and Kallen compared their experiences with an organization connected to the physical examination and agreed that it might already have noticed them.
  • Kallen visited Gerui, delivered the old man's letter to a nurse, and returned to the Funeral Society with Muli.
  • Richard asked Kallen about the Goose Quill obeying his command, and Kallen explained that he had used a mechanism to influence its perception.
  • Puer warned Kallen to be cautious with power, and Kallen wondered whether his Alt Bloodline explained his influence over the Goose Quill.

Ch. 432Xianty, here I come!

Kallen took Puer and Kevin to the Deno Endangered Species Rescue Research Center after Aisili arranged an examination to help Puer recover. While Puer underwent the examination, Kallen toured the institute with Aisili and encountered Xianty, who recognized him and panicked.

  • Aisili told Kallen that her parents had secured approval for Puer to be examined at their institute, and Kallen agreed to bring Puer and Kevin.
  • Kallen drove with Puer and Kevin to the institute, entered its protected grounds using his credentials, and met Aisili and her parents, Santos and Selena.
  • Selena served Kallen her notoriously sweet apple pie before taking Puer away for an examination, while Kallen stayed behind with Aisili and Kevin.
  • Aisili showed Kallen around the institute, where they approached a glass dome containing a sacred-looking bird.
  • Xianty saw Kallen, panicked, and crashed into the dome while Aisili introduced her as his dearest friend.

Ch. 433Impossible!

Kallen visited the institute’s Demon Beasts with Aisili while Puer underwent an examination, and he learned that Puer might regain her human form if researchers could safely manage the power connected to her. The examination revealed a second, expanding reservoir linked to Puer, making the proposed procedure impossible for now; Puer rejected Selena’s suggestion to dissolve her Symbiosis Contract with Kallen.

  • Kallen entered Xianty’s enclosure with Aisili, and Xianty calmed down when she sensed his Order aura.
  • Kallen confronted Mongbas after it roared at him, and the Storm Wolf backed down when Kallen’s Chains of Order appeared.
  • Kevin fetched storm-infused water for Kallen, who drank it while he waited for Puer’s examination to finish.
  • Selena told Puer that a reservoir was drawing away her power, and Santos explained that a sluice gate might let her accumulate enough power to transform.
  • Selena revealed that Puer had a second, expanding reservoir, so Santos said they could not perform the procedure safely.
  • Selena suggested dissolving Puer’s Symbiosis Contract with Kallen, and Puer declared that it was impossible.

Ch. 434The plan to turn a kitty human

Puer and Kevin devised a way to use Kallen’s Gate of Reincarnation to briefly restore Puer’s strength and let her become human, and Kallen agreed to help. He planned to retrieve a Lax Copper Coin from the Kongpacini Burial Ground first, then undo another layer of Kevin’s seal and arrange the procedure.

  • Puer and Kevin discussed how a controlled sluice gate could let Kallen’s power flow through Puer and into her fused finger, briefly giving her strength without destroying her.
  • Anqi introduced her brother Bernie Kanpei, the head of the York City District Whip of Order Logistics Department, and asked Kallen to maintain goodwill with him.
  • After dinner at Aisili’s parents’ home, Kallen drove away with Puer and Kevin, and Puer explained their plan to use the Gate of Reincarnation inside him.
  • Kallen agreed to the plan, while Kevin offered to guide the process and said Aisili’s parents would need to prepare a partial blocking operation.
  • Kallen said he would retrieve the Lax Copper Coin from the Kongpacini Burial Ground before undoing another layer of Kevin’s seal and arranging Puer’s procedure.

Ch. 435A "kindly" family

Bart visited Ruisina, brought her food, and promised to keep seeing her after missions. Philomina reported to Mrs. Felshev, then dreamed of a family life in which she and her grandmother were waiting for the other to die, while her parents discussed feeding her with Mrs. Felshev.

  • Bart visited Ruisina alone, brought her boneless chicken feet, braised pork ribs, and century eggs, and told her about his teammates.
  • Bart wheeled Ruisina outside, where she said she was glad he had grown closer to his teammates and he promised they would remain friends.
  • Philomina told Mrs. Felshev about her mission and agreed that Kallen would defeat her in a direct fight.
  • Mrs. Felshev recalled a dream about her youth and said she expected to possess it for real soon.
  • Philomina dreamed that her parents tended a garden while Mrs. Felshev crawled at her feet, and she realized they were waiting for each other to die.
  • Philomina's dream parents discussed slaughtering the old dog to nourish their daughter.

Ch. 436Gloom

Ventura’s earnings eased his grandparents’ financial burdens, while Kallen prepared his squad to protect the Moon Order God Church’s delegation in York Port. As the delegation’s ship arrived early, Kallen’s cup shattered and spilled red drink across the white carpet, leaving him to await the trouble he sensed was coming.

  • Ventura brought his grandparents pastries, thanked them, and left for the Funeral Society after learning his mission earnings would help support them.
  • Mars fetched Muli, and they joined the others at the Funeral Society, where Kallen assigned close and covert protection teams for the delegation’s visit.
  • Kallen visited Neo in the hospital, ate all the grapes beside his bed, and left without speaking to him.
  • Kallen, Aisili, and Blanche waited in a VIP Carriage at York Port as Ophelia arrived separately, and Kallen told the covert team to secure the perimeter when the delegation’s ship appeared early.
  • Kallen’s cup shattered, spilling red drink onto the white carpet as the ship approached.

Ch. 437A sudden turn

Kallen escorted Sarayina, the Moon Order God Church’s Divine Son, to the Ankara Hotel and learned that she was searching for the stolen White Moon Crown. As he prepared to take her to the welcoming banquet, the elevator was seized by a mysterious force and rose toward the Ankara Memorial Hall.

  • Kallen welcomed Sarayina and her entourage, recognizing Sains as the leader of the group that had tried to assassinate his squad outside the Conjes Family’s tomb.
  • During the carriage ride, Sarayina questioned Ophelia about her swordsmanship and relationship with Kallen, then tested Ophelia by handling her hand; Ophelia’s palm was left scarlet and sore.
  • At the hotel, Kallen arranged for Blanche to treat Ophelia, while Sarayina bathed in blood as Sains explained that the stolen White Moon Crown could have spared her and others their torment.
  • Sarayina told Sains she had not found the person she was seeking and discussed the possibility that the Order God Church would shatter at the end of the epoch.
  • As Kallen escorted Sarayina and the others to the welcoming banquet, their elevator ignored its controls and raced upward toward the Ankara Memorial Hall.

Ch. 438Ankara resurrected!

Kallen and Sarayina survived an assassination attempt at the Ankara Hotel, where Sarayina revealed overwhelming power and negotiated a staged injury with Kallen. As Sarayina discussed the possibility of Dark Moon Island being traded, Ankara’s portraits began laughing and spoke through her, addressing Kallen.

  • Kallen and his group reached the Ankara Hotel memorial hall, where Lilith ordered them to withdraw and revealed the floor as the Order Tribunal Moon God Grounds.
  • Sains restrained the Armored Man while Sarayina pierced him with a red beam, then annihilated Lilith and the Ferocious Beasts summoned by his Order-Hell of Atonement.
  • Sarayina proposed that she appear injured so the churches could negotiate compensation, and Kallen agreed to present the incident as a hard-fought rescue.
  • Sarayina asked whether the Order God Church might hand Dark Moon Island to the Moon Order God Church, but Kallen argued that the consequences would make such a deal too costly.
  • Sarayina began laughing uncontrollably, and every Ankara portrait joined in before speaking in unison to mock Kallen and Artemis.

Ch. 439Father?

Sarayina awakened inside the Divine Son’s body, explained that she was a fragment of Ankara rather than Ankara herself, and decided to seal the witnesses’ memories before returning to sleep. When she tried to seal Kallen’s memories, she recognized him and called him “Father?”

  • Sarayina restrained and injured Sains, then disrupted Kallen’s insight and explained that he lacked the prerequisites to pursue it.
  • Kallen and the others paid their respects to Sarayina, who warned that Ophelia’s body had only a few years left and that her awakening had cost it another six months.
  • Sarayina explained that she was a soul imprint of Ankara merged with preserved flesh, and that she had little interest in taking over the Divine Son’s body.
  • Sarayina agreed to return to sleep after sealing the memories of her awakening, and she demonstrated the ability on Sains before sealing Ophelia’s, Aisili’s, and Blanche’s memories.
  • Sarayina sent black light into Kallen’s mind to seal his memories, but she suddenly stared at him in shock and called him “Father?”

Ch. 440In the name of the father

Kallen concealed what happened when Ankara briefly emerged inside his mental consciousness, while Sarayina resealed her and the group survived an assassination attempt. After the banquet, Bishop Byrne questioned Kallen about the incident and the agreement he had made with Sarayina.

  • Sarayina awoke, drove three silver rods into her chest, and reinforced the seal containing Ankara.
  • Sains tried to kill Kallen and the others, but stopped when Kallen woke; Kallen then revived Ophelia, Aisili, and Blanche.
  • Kallen and Sarayina agreed that she would pay him 100,000 Order Vouchers, and both swore to keep their agreement.
  • Order clerics and armored knights arrived, and Sarayina insisted on attending the banquet despite her injuries.
  • At the banquet, Kallen told Ophelia to tell the truth about the fighting and kept his own oath to Sarayina secret.
  • Bishop Byrne questioned Kallen, who confirmed his subordinates' truthful accounts and explained Sarayina's promised tea money.

Ch. 441The deity written on a bookmark

Sarayina discussed Ankara’s awakening and the Order God Church’s use of Ankara’s fragments, while Bishop Byrne urged the York City bishops to bring in the Whip of Order to investigate the assassination attempt. Kallen later dreamed of Ankara choosing a name on a bookmark and learned that she had written the God of Order’s name.

  • Sarayina told Sains not to report the incident in detail and questioned why Ankara had awakened after the assassin was dealt with.
  • Sarayina explained that the Order God Church collected Ankara’s fragments to activate a divine artifact and speculated that the assassination attempt could mark the church’s decline.
  • Bishop Byrne told the York City bishops that someone in their conference hall might have driven the attempt and proposed bringing in Whip Bearer Fudeng’s team to investigate.
  • Kallen reflected on Byrne’s ambiguous remarks, chose not to arrange a night watch, and went to sleep.
  • Kallen dreamed of Ankara being asked to write down the name of someone she disliked, and heard that she had written the God of Order’s name.

Ch. 442Up to the Rooftop

Kallen recovered from a dangerous dream and guarded Sarayina as negotiations between the Order God Church and the Moon Order God Church began. The talks ended successfully with an unexpected agreement to peg Moon Wheel Vouchers to Order Vouchers, while Neo went up to the hospital rooftop in the rain.

  • Kallen woke after Dis's phantom shielded him from the pressure in his dream, then suppressed a brewing craving by smoking and distracting himself.
  • Kallen delivered breakfast to Sarayina and arranged for Ophelia and Blanche to help her eat before the day's meeting.
  • Kallen called Puer in coded language, warning her about perishable food and indicating that negotiations would end quickly and someone's health was in trouble.
  • Puer sent a black-paper raven to Neo, who learned that the negotiations were expected to conclude smoothly; Neo and Lingham decided to invest in Moon Wheel Vouchers.
  • Sarayina attended the meeting as head of the Moon Order God Church delegation, and the talks concluded with an unexpected agreement to peg Moon Wheel Vouchers to Order Vouchers.
  • At one in the afternoon, as light rain fell, Neo pushed a wheelchair onto the hospital rooftop.

Ch. 443A declaration of war!

After finishing Sarayina’s security assignment, Kallen visited the indebted Neo, who accepted a place on a delegation to the Moon Order God Church. The story left them learning that the Moon Order God Church had declared war on the Reincarnation Church.

  • Kallen ended his security assignment, while Ophelia returned to her district and a new squad prepared to take over Sarayina’s protection.
  • Kallen visited Neo at the Church Hospital and learned that Neo had lost heavily speculating on vouchers and was deep in debt.
  • Neo told Kallen that Bernie had invited him to lead a twelve-person Whip of Order observation delegation to the Moon Order God Church, and he accepted the assignment.
  • Bernie explained that the Moon Order God Church had approved the visit after the two churches issued a joint announcement.
  • At the hospital, Kallen learned from a nurse that the Moon Order God Church had declared war on the Reincarnation Church.

Ch. 444A high-stakes gamble!

Kallen and Neo decided to lead a self-funded observation delegation to the Moon Order God Church’s war against the Reincarnation Church, gambling that the political move would advance their careers. Kallen gathered his squad for an immediate departure, and the young members eagerly agreed to go.

  • Kallen and Neo concluded that the Moon Order God Church was using the Order God Church’s perceived support to strengthen its campaign against the weakened Reincarnation Church.
  • Neo explained that Bernie had selected him and Kallen to lead an observation delegation, which could raise their standing despite the risk of angering other factions.
  • Kallen and Neo agreed to leave for Moon Order God Church territory as soon as possible, and Neo took Sarayina’s 100,000 Order Voucher card to arrange teleportation travel.
  • Kallen packed his belongings, told Puer and Kevin about the plan, and invited them to join him; Puer enthusiastically supported the gamble.
  • Alfred assembled the squad, and Kallen explained the risks before the members eagerly chose the battlefield trip over their security mission.

Ch. 445The Red-Eyed Gambler

Kallen’s group traveled by a circuitous route to Niagara Island, where they planned to reach Moon Order God Church territory under the guise of an observation delegation. After Seqi’s bus brought them to a smuggling hub, they stayed at the Makachi Inn, where Philomina attacked the predatory owner; Kallen ended the night preparing for the delegation’s arrival in the Mipos Archipelago and turned his eyes red with the Eyes of the Dark Moon.

  • After reflecting on youth and aging, Kallen and his team prepared for the journey, and Neo registered their trip as a gathering to avoid revealing their real purpose.
  • Neo led the group through Rodan District and Phyllis District to Niagara Island, where his former comrade Seqi picked them up in a modified bus.
  • Seqi drove them to a smuggling hub and explained that a recent volcano eruption had shut down its teleportation formations until daylight, forcing the group to stay overnight.
  • At the Makachi Inn, Philomina attacked the owner after he leered at the women and offered them as company; Kallen allowed her to kill him if their late-night snack proved unsatisfactory.
  • Kallen wrote in his notebook about gamblers’ certainty that they would win, then activated the Eyes of the Dark Moon and turned his eyes red.

Ch. 446Fight to the Last Man

Kallen and the Order God Church observer delegation reached the Mipos Archipelago, where the Moon Order God Church prepared a public welcome amid its war buildup against the Reincarnation Church. Kallen’s speech pledged support while leaving the delegation room to avoid actually joining the fighting.

  • Kallen refused the inn proprietor’s envelope and met Neo, who said the Moon Order God Church outpost had arranged their arrival and welcome.
  • Mars and Memphis expanded the outpost’s teleportation formation, and the delegation used it to reach an island near the Mipos Archipelago.
  • Neo collected a Space Origin Stone from Mota as reimbursement for travel expenses before the delegation rode a giant octopus toward the archipelago.
  • Kallen and the others saw the Moon Order God Church’s warships, sea beasts, and military camps as they approached the crowded harbor.
  • Neo gave the opening remarks, and Kallen declared that they would stand with the Moon Order God Church believers and fight to the last man.
  • Kallen told Puer that his pledge did not commit the Order God Church to fight, since the delegation could stand by while the Moon Order God Church fought to its last man.

Ch. 447Neo repaid his debts

Kallen and Neo’s self-funded observation delegation won the Whip Bearer’s backing, but Neo was shot by a crossbow during the celebratory breakfast. As the room erupted into chaos, Kallen realized Neo had shouted that his debts were paid.

  • Kallen and Neo discussed the delegation’s gamble while Neo counted payments he had collected from Mota for their appearances.
  • Diplomatic Cleric Parson arrived after learning that Whip Bearer Fuden Airode had ordered him to cooperate with the observation delegation.
  • Parson read the Whip Bearer’s decision, confirming that Kallen’s delegation was officially backed by the Order God Church.
  • At breakfast, Neo told Kallen he had negotiated a new project that would pay off his debts, then stepped to a window to smoke.
  • A Spell Art Crossbow bolt pierced Neo’s chest, and as he fell, Kallen heard him shout, “Debts paid!!!”

Ch. 448Richard, the ladies' man

Kallen agreed to observe the coming war against the Reincarnation Church from an escort ship and swore to follow the campaign commander’s orders, while Alfred tried to charge Mota for the arrangements. Later, Kallen went sightseeing with Puer and found Richard covered in red bumps after an insect massage; Puer discovered the insects had laid eggs on him rather than poisoned him.

  • Kallen discussed Neo’s recovery and debts with him before Mota arrived and asked to speak with Kallen about observing the war.
  • Mota told Kallen that the Moon Order God Church planned to attack the Reincarnation Sacred Land in the Wenrose Islands, and Kallen agreed to observe from an escort ship with close protection.
  • Kallen agreed to swear before the battle flag that he would follow Lord Gelinga’s orders, while Alfred attempted to charge Mota a service fee for the arrangement.
  • Kallen returned to his room, then went sightseeing with Puer and Kevin in a guarded carriage.
  • Kallen followed a guard into a massage parlor and found Memphis carrying Richard out after an insect treatment left him covered in red bumps.
  • Puer examined Richard and revealed that the harmless Massage Insects had gone into heat and laid eggs on him.

Ch. 449A man, a cat, and a dog

Richard recovered after Puer burned the insect eggs from his body, while Neo advised him to feed Jerry live insects so it could evolve. Kallen’s delegation then departed for the war front as observers, and Commander Gelinga framed the coming battle as a chance for the Moon Order God Church to prove its strength.

  • Richard woke in the palace covered in insect eggs, and Puer used controlled heat to destroy them after Kallen threatened Jerry into quieting down.
  • Neo offered to trade Richard’s insect for a Bloodthirsty Otherworldly Demon bloodline, then told him to feed Jerry live, injured insects so it could evolve.
  • Kallen declined to reveal his background to Diplomatic Cleric Parson, and he ordered the delegation to rest before the battlefield trip.
  • Philomina visited Richard, discussed the Felsher family curse with Neo, and then left to join the departing group.
  • Kallen swore to obey Commander Gelinga’s orders and boarded a frigate with his subordinates, while Puer celebrated the coming naval battle.
  • Commander Gelinga condemned the political alliance and the observation delegation, calling the campaign a chance to restore the Moon Order God Church’s pride.

Ch. 450Meteors from the sky!

Kallen and the Order God Church’s delegation joined the Moon Order God Church’s naval expedition, then endured a dangerous battlefield teleportation into a new sea region. As Kallen and Muli spoke on the observation deck, enormous burning meteors suddenly began falling toward the fleet.

  • Captain Yadu assigned Kallen’s delegation an observation area aboard the frigate, and the fleet set out with ships, sea beasts, and aerial forces.
  • Kallen and his companions discussed the Order God Church’s naval strength and considered how the church might benefit from the conflict between the Moon Order God Church and Reincarnation.
  • The fleet used formation ships and attached sea beasts and flying demon beasts to cross a yellow barrier into a turbulent void countercurrent.
  • After the fleet emerged in a darker sea region at dusk, Kallen and Muli talked on the observation deck about the scale of the war and Kallen’s preference for missions in York City.
  • A string of enormous burning meteors appeared overhead and began falling toward the fleet.
