Arc 28The God-Making Plan

Kallen led the operation to reclaim the Six-Winged Angel, then settled into his new leadership role as tensions around a covert experiment grew. The arc ended with Kallen and Order forces sealing an experimental site as a planned assassination and possible divine birth threatened the district.

  • Kallen bought Piaget’s prophetic painting and recognized Order troops among the corpses depicted in its vision of a burning city.
  • Kallen and Order forces attacked the Abyss Church’s mansion, where Loya’s coins disrupted the clerics and Thousand Enchantments returned to Kallen as six sacred wings.
  • Kallen welcomed Miliwen and delegations from the Moon Order Church and Dark Moon Island, then later traveled with Ophelia to Allen Manor and reunited with Eunice.
  • Neo used the Dice Thrower’s ritual to seal his hidden personalities, sacrificing her life to contain the God of Light’s phantom, while Leon and Vic entered Alfred’s sacred mission.
  • Kallen returned to York City leadership, introduced reforms, and worked with the incoming district chief, Gaspol, as he investigated signs that the God-Making Plan was nearing completion.
  • Kallen and Neo investigated Mr. Luther’s rights campaign and uncovered a planned assassination tied to an experiment requiring Luther’s death.
  • Kallen led Whip of Order squads to a concealed seaside experimental site, where reinforcements arrived and Byrne ordered the site sealed.
Chapters 676–700 Vol. 7 Read

Ch. 676Corpse

Kallen and Richard investigated the Mansion, where Kallen encountered Piaget and Mr. Bede and learned that Piaget had painted a prophecy of the Mansion in flames. Kallen recognized the corpses in the painting as Order troops, leaving him to confront the possibility that the Church’s coming raid would end in disaster.

  • Kallen completed a massage service while Richard endured a more disturbing illusion, and they discussed the cleric technicians’ contempt for their guests.
  • Richard shared his discomfort with the Mansion’s atmosphere, and Kallen said the Order God Church kept outside forces from interfering in humanity’s conflicts.
  • Kallen spotted Piaget and Mr. Bede painting Madam Baolifa and used Richard’s interruption to meet them privately.
  • Mr. Bede revealed that Piaget had painted a vision of the Mansion and surrounding streets engulfed in flames and corpses.
  • Kallen examined the painting and recognized the corpses as Order troops wearing black armor and black clerical robes.

Ch. 677Going to See Loya

Kallen studied Piaget’s painting of a future battle and coordinated with Byrne and Suss to plan an operation against a revived Six-Winged Angel in York City. He requested permission to visit Loya in Dinge District, while the Abyss Church prepared to retrieve the angel and Miliwen Yoan arrived at the teleportation hall, where she learned Kallen was traveling.

  • Kallen bought Piaget’s painting from Mr. Bede, then left with Richard and returned to the Tribunal.
  • Kallen summoned Byrne and Suss, explained the angel’s revival, and accepted responsibility for drafting an operation plan before midnight.
  • Alfred examined Piaget’s painting with Kallen, and they agreed its prophecy might be dangerously accurate; Kallen asked Byrne for permission to visit Loya in Dinge District.
  • Abyss Church leaders discussed Heaven Plaza’s slow return and ordered the Six-Winged Angel in Vien transported back once its vitality improved, assigning Miliwen Yoan to oversee the arrangements.
  • Miliwen Yoan learned that Kallen had delayed her teleportation and asked about him, then dismissed the comparison when told he was an orphan like her.

Ch. 678Watchdog

Kallen traveled to the Sealed Space headquarters in Dinge District to consult Loya about using the Lax Copper Coin in an upcoming mission. Loya agreed to help him take control of the coin, and after their meeting Kallen left for his urgent mission feeling relieved.

  • Kallen used an unscheduled teleportation to reach Dinge District and entered the Sealed Space headquarters.
  • A corgi guarding the entrance checked Kallen's documents, and Ruilier escorted him to meet Loya.
  • Loya told Kallen she could control the Lax Copper Coin and manipulate the angel sustained by its power, then agreed to hide the coin when he gave the signal.
  • Kallen explained the mission details to Loya, and she purified his accumulated stress before returning to the Sealed Space.
  • Ruilier invited Kallen to lunch, but he declined because of the urgent mission and left after accepting her business card.
  • The corgi warned Kallen to follow the rules in Dinge District, and Kallen thanked it for being cute.

Ch. 679Hit the brakes!

Neo repaid Leon the vouchers and took him to the Empire Tu Shu Library, where Neo confronted his split personalities and spoke with Phileas. After spotting Miliwen leaving the Church Administration Building, Neo pursued her and rammed her taxi, claiming his brakes had failed.

  • Neo repaid Leon with physical Order Vouchers and took him to the Empire Tu Shu Library instead of joining Kallen's mission planning.
  • Leon entered Neo's reading room and saw the Last Pope, the Ancestor of the Bloodthirsty Otherworldly Demon, and Phileas; Neo ordered the first two not to control his thoughts and said goodbye to Phileas.
  • Neo brought Leon to the Church Administration Building to buy supplies, then spotted Miliwen leaving and ordered Leon to take the vouchers and groceries home.
  • Miliwen suspected Order already knew her plans, noticed Neo following in a concealed high-grade vehicle, and told her driver to pull over.
  • Neo sped into Miliwen's taxi, crushing the driver and wrecking the vehicle, then asked Miliwen whether she would believe his brakes had failed.

Ch. 680Richard's Most Powerful Brain

Neo confronted Miliwen after her vehicle crashed into his car, then learned she was secretly trying to sabotage a mission to transport a Six-Winged Angel and wanted cooperation with Order. Meanwhile, Alfred, Vic, and Richard studied the operation’s plans at Dark's Tribunal, where Richard proposed avoiding Clerical Robes to prevent the deaths shown in the Fountain Pen’s paintings.

  • Neo inspected the wrecked vehicle, claimed its top-grade space-attribute crystals as compensation, and fought Miliwen when she used spell arts against him.
  • Sains, valet to Sarayina, stepped aside after Neo threatened to have the Whip of Order arrest his master at the Ankara Hotel.
  • Neo saw through Miliwen’s attempted escape, and she revealed that she planned to sabotage the mission to transport a Six-Winged Angel and sought cooperation with Order.
  • Miliwen agreed to ride with Neo in exchange for a chance to meet Kallen, and she warned him that the operation involved the return of a god.
  • At Dark's Tribunal, Richard helped Alfred and Vic organize the operation plans while Dark and Lucy supported the investigation.
  • Vic and Alfred examined the Fountain Pen’s paired paintings and considered the possibility that they would die during the operation, prompting Richard to suggest they avoid wearing Clerical Robes.

Ch. 681Two foxes!

Richard, Kallen, Neo, and Miliwen discussed prophecies and the Abyss Church’s plan to transfer a Six-Winged Angel, which Miliwen wanted to sabotage. Neo reconsidered their cooperation and demanded double payment, while Kallen insisted they honor their promise.

  • Richard’s joke about changing clerical robes and repainting armor became part of the mission-planning discussion, while Kallen said history was made by people.
  • Richard told Kallen that Little Jerry lived inside his arm and that he had ignored Neo’s advice about controlling it.
  • Kallen and Richard went to the tribunal, where Neo introduced Miliwen, the inheritor of the Abyss Church’s Noqi God.
  • Miliwen explained that Heaven Plaza was returning with a sealed god aboard and asked Kallen and Neo to help sabotage the transfer.
  • Miliwen revealed that the returning god could seize the Abyss God’s religious lineage, while Neo argued they should let the transfer proceed and watch the church’s schism unfold.
  • Kallen urged Neo to honor his promise to Miliwen, but Neo demanded that she double the payment before he would continue cooperating.

Ch. 682Thousand Enchantments' freedom!

Neo and Kallen discussed Miliwen, the dead Six-Winged Angel, and Richard’s developing abilities while preparations for a major operation in York City got underway. At the end, Miliwen inspected the Angel in the Stone Sarcophagus and found Thousand Enchantments desperate to escape, though she questioned whether it truly wanted to return to the Sea of the Abyss.

  • Neo and Kallen decided not to kill Miliwen, and Kallen explained that he had killed the Six-Winged Angel after Thousand Enchantments devoured its remnant soul.
  • Neo urged Richard to explore Little Jerry’s abilities, suggesting that it might create doppelgangers to support teammates, and advised him to provoke his father to help it develop.
  • Kallen cooked dinner while Byrne summoned garrison troops into York City in secret, and Suss confirmed that preparations to capture the Angel were proceeding smoothly.
  • Neo and Richard returned, and Kallen rang a basin to announce dinner as garrison troops, Eagle-Falcon Knights, and Whip of Order squads assembled across the city for the operation.
  • Miliwen inspected imitation Order uniforms and armor with Kanlei Misen, then approached the Stone Sarcophagus and sensed that the Angel was ready to be transported.
  • Thousand Enchantments silently begged Miliwen to take it away, but Miliwen wondered whether it truly wanted to return to the Sea of the Abyss as a slave-like towman.

Ch. 683All-out assault!

The Order launched a coordinated assault on Abyss sites and prepared to seize the mansion and its sealed angel. After Miliwen recovered a memory of the God of Order helping the Abyss God seek Heaven, Kallen sent Loya to take control of the mansion as Alfred ordered the all-out attack.

  • Kallen and Neo watched the operation from a rooftop while Whip of Order Squads stormed Abyss churches and offices, killing the clergy and crushing resistance.
  • Miliwen donned Order Clerical Robes and recalled Noqi God's memory of the God of Order helping the Abyss God open a path to Heaven.
  • Abyss clerics prepared to teleport the Six-Winged Angel away, while the Lax Copper Coins appeared with Loya and she left the command room to find Kallen.
  • Loya embraced Kallen, then followed his order to seize control of the mansion and its sealed host and make those nearby lose their way.
  • Alfred ordered the all-out assault as the attack began.

Ch. 684The prophecy... manifested!

Kallen and the Order God Church forces attacked the Mansion, using Loya’s copper coins to break the Abyss Clerics’ resistance and recover the angel. Thousand Enchantments returned to Kallen and manifested as six sacred wings, while the Whip of Order prepared to enter the grounds.

  • Kallen and Neo prepared to enter the Mansion as the Order God Church began its assault, and Alfred advised Vic on maintaining an elegant bearing for history.
  • Eagle-Falcon Knights disabled the Mansion’s defenses, and Garrison Knights charged through the grounds, crushing the defenders.
  • Loya activated three Lax Copper Coins, driving the Abyss Clerics into greed-fueled madness and leaving them vulnerable to the knights.
  • Kanlei freed the angel from its Seal, but Miliwen attacked him and tried to take the angel away in the name of the Noqi God.
  • Neo reached the underground Stone Sarcophagus, and Thousand Enchantments left the angel to return to Kallen after Neo said Kallen would no longer want it.
  • Thousand Enchantments merged with Kallen and unfurled six sacred wings as the Order forces withdrew and the Whip of Order prepared to move in.

Ch. 685The Wall God's Request

Piaget and Mr. Bede discussed Piaget’s prophetic painting and his recurring dream of a burning palace, then chose to continue wandering so Piaget could paint a mural he believed might depict the God of Order’s end. The story then shifted to the gods’ banquet, where the newly appointed Chief God of Order met the painter Rilielsa and permitted her to paint him.

  • Piaget told Mr. Bede that his prophetic painting had been copied from a vision he did not understand, and described a recurring dream of a palace with one unburning mural depicting a familiar person.
  • Mr. Bede admitted that he feared the influence Kallen had over those around him and suggested Piaget’s dream showed the Wall God Rilielsa’s final painting, which foretold the God of Order’s end.
  • Piaget said he wanted to paint the mural and show it to Kallen, then he and Mr. Bede left to find a place they could afford to reach by Teleportation Magic Formation.
  • At a divine banquet, the God of Order rejected Moon God Artemis’s welcome and left after the gods celebrated his appointment as a Chief God.
  • Rilielsa’s attempt to probe the God of Order caused a backlash, but he allowed her to paint him and bring him the finished work.

Ch. 686Making it a matter of principle

Kallen returned from the operation with Thousand Enchantments newly able to manifest angelic wings, then reported the successful recovery of an angel to Order Church leaders. At the teleportation hall, he saw Moon Order Clerics push Dark Moon Warriors aside and decided to make their unequal treatment a matter of Order.

  • Kallen showed Neo Thousand Enchantments’ new offensive and wing abilities, and Neo confirmed that Miliwen had escaped after trying to take the mosquito-coil wings.
  • Loya empowered a copper coin so Kallen could contact her, then returned to the Sealed Space after warning Neo that he was about to lose himself.
  • Kallen asked Neo to guard the angel’s body, concealed his wings through Orderization, and reported the operation’s results to Suss and the district leaders.
  • Suss told Kallen that the mission’s success would help him secure a transfer, and Kallen agreed to meet the arriving delegations from Dark Moon Island and the Moon Order God Church.
  • Kallen watched Moon Order Clerics cut in front of Ophelia and the Dark Moon Warriors at the teleportation hall, then criticized the lack of Order and frightened Anluoxi.

Ch. 687A new beginning

Kallen welcomed Ophelia and the Dark Moon Warriors to York City District after Ophelia’s affiliation was transferred there, while Guyi joined the incoming Moon Order God Church group. The chapter ended with Ophelia settling into Headquarters’ Staff Dormitory and Kangna and Puer watching from the balcony.

  • Director Anluoxi ordered staff to make the Moon Order God Church group rejoin the security-check line, and Ophelia spoke with its leader, Guyi Yuele.
  • Byrne told Kallen that Ophelia had been transferred to a new department in York City District, which Mavario had selected personnel for as part of his training.
  • Kallen met Ophelia and Guyi after Alfred completed their handover, then rode with them to their accommodations; Alfred silenced Guyi by warning that the Abyss Church’s offices had been cleared out.
  • Alfred brought Guyi to her group’s apartment building and took Ophelia to the Staff Dormitory, where Kallen and Ophelia exchanged a formal handshake before she went inside.
  • Little Kangna ate popcorn on the dormitory balcony while Puer teased her about watching Ophelia, and Kevin watched them from a recliner.

Ch. 688Kallen's stance

Puer bathed and fed Kangna while urging her to control her prejudice and learn from Kallen, then Kallen visited the sealed Six-Winged Angel with Delong and met Mavario, who was setting up a research department in York City. Kallen prepared to return to Allen Manor with Ophelia, while Mavario learned his fiancée might become the district chief and asked Kallen for advice.

  • Puer made Kangna bathe and eat her prescribed food, then encouraged her to overcome her prejudice and follow Kallen's example.
  • Alfred told Kallen that Eunice had invited Ophelia to Allen Manor, and Kallen approved the visit.
  • Richard informed Kallen that Mavario had arrived in York City, and Kallen inspected the sealed Six-Winged Angel with Delong.
  • Mavario explained his new research department and asked to see York City, but Kallen said he planned to visit his fiancée at the manor.
  • Kallen found Ophelia in Mavario's new office and invited her to join him on the trip to Allen Manor.
  • Kallen told Mavario that his fiancée might become the next district chief, and Mavario asked him what to do.

Ch. 689The investigation begins

Kallen investigated a possible power struggle with Presiding Judge Gaspole and arranged to be nominated for further study, which could help him join her faction. After noticing a gambling company’s suspicious lottery-ticket operation, he sent Leon to investigate, only for Leon to discover the company was the very place where he and Neo were watching a puppet fight.

  • Kallen told Mavario that he should treat his fiancée, Presiding Judge Gaspole, with respect, and Mavario accepted the rebuke.
  • Kallen learned from Suss that Gaspole belonged to the influential Academy Faction, and Suss suggested nominating Kallen for in-service study at Church University.
  • Suss asked Alfred to arrange Kallen’s nomination, and Kallen took two days off before leaving with Ophelia.
  • Caught in traffic near a gambling company’s celebration, Kallen noticed a driver smoking cigarettes bought with point vouchers and sent a raven to order Leon to investigate the company on Black Sheep Street.
  • Leon relayed Kallen’s order to Neo, who realized they were already at the gambling company’s venue while watching a puppet fight.

Ch. 690Afu's new class!

Neo and Leon visited a Ganarlad Church casino, where Neo used a card ritual with the Dice Thrower to seal dangerous personalities, including the God of Light. The Dice Thrower died after winning the final round, and Neo revealed that he was a Light Remnant; Leon was left to travel with Alfred and Vic to a place Alfred promised would transform him.

  • Neo and Leon entered the casino’s office area and met Miye, who arranged for them to see the Dice Thrower.
  • Neo sat with the Dice Thrower while Leon joined them at the table, and they began a card ritual to seal Neo’s hidden personalities.
  • The Dice Thrower sealed Neo’s Order and bloodthirsty otherworldly demon personalities, then agreed to continue despite the danger and asked Neo to protect her daughters if she died.
  • The final card revealed that Neo’s last personality was Light, and the Dice Thrower sacrificed herself to seal the God of Light’s phantom before asking Neo to honor her request.
  • Neo told Leon he would not kill him for discovering the truth, then called Alfred and arranged for Leon to leave with him.
  • Alfred waited outside the casino with Vic, who looked forward to a future that would transform him and help him join the circle he admired.

Ch. 691Order heard it!

Neo explained the Dice Throwers’ costly gambling and the deceased woman’s wish for release to Leon, who reported to Alfred. Kallen returned to Eunice and found comfort with her before Alfred brought Vic and Leon to the Opera House and initiated them into a mysterious sacred mission.

  • Neo told Leon that the Dice Throwers gambled against void entities, losing pieces of themselves, and that the woman had wanted release rather than being forced to die.
  • Leon left to report Neo to Minister Kallen, while Neo read the woman’s letter and reflected on his inability to fall into depravity.
  • Alfred drove Leon and Vic to Allen Manor, where Kallen returned and shared a quiet, affectionate evening with Eunice.
  • Kallen approved Alfred’s request, and Alfred led Vic and Leon into the Opera House’s hidden chamber, where twelve coffins and a mysterious formation surrounded them.
  • Alfred declared that Vic and Leon had begun a new sacred mission, and they praised Order as Alfred told them Order had heard them.

Ch. 692Proselytizing!

Kallen dined with Eunice before Alfred brought Leon and Vic to him after a successful proselytizing ceremony. Leon accepted Kallen as the God of Order, and Vic reached the same conclusion before Kallen promised to bring Vic’s teacher back within two years.

  • Kallen ate dinner with Eunice, then considered the powerful ability he still needed to master.
  • Alfred reported that his proselytizing had succeeded, and Leon knelt before Kallen and declared his devotion to the God of Order.
  • Kallen reassured Leon that his family’s tragedy had not been a test, explained that Neo could be trusted despite his Light Remnant identity, and Leon promised to apologize to him.
  • Vic recovered from his daze, concluded that his teacher had disappeared to protect Kallen, and vowed to follow him.
  • Kallen promised Vic that he would bring his teacher back within two years, and the old priest on Mink Street sneezed and claimed Dis’s student was thinking of him.

Ch. 693The New District Chief Was Chosen

Alfred drafted principles for the believers and discussed his work with Kallen, who spent the day reading before riding with Eunice. The chapter ended with Vic questioning the marriage’s practical value as Alfred explained how Eunice’s happiness gave Kallen’s struggles meaning.

  • Alfred wrote a self-criticism, then abandoned it to draft Believer Interaction Conduct Principles based on his experiences with Kallen.
  • Kallen dismissed Alfred’s self-criticism and approved the principles Alfred and Tu Shu had drafted without revisions.
  • Kallen spent the day reading, then Eunice massaged his shoulders and talked with him about her fashion designs.
  • Kallen and Eunice rode through Allen Manor, and Kallen looked at Primordial Ancestor Allen’s tombstone.
  • Leon received word that Suss had been promoted and Presiding Judge Gaspole had been chosen as the new Dinge District chief, then rode out to tell Kallen.
  • Vic asked Alfred why Kallen valued the marriage, and Alfred explained that Eunice’s happiness gave meaning to Kallen’s hard work and danger.

Ch. 694The grave!

Kallen dealt with manor discipline, political reports, university enrollment, and the risks of Puer’s surgery while Mavario tried to establish boundaries with his fiancée Gaspol. After falling asleep, Mavario received a new message from the great one about married life feeling like being buried again.

  • Philomina defeated Judiya after warning her that Borg had deliberately held back during their sparring, and Kallen told Old Anderson to discipline family members while letting Eunice live as she wished.
  • Alfred briefed Kallen on the Desert Order God Church’s civil war, Gaspol’s early arrival, Kallen’s university admission, the Moon Order exchange clerics, and the proposed surgery for Aisili.
  • Kallen decided to summon Loya to improve the surgical plan, but insisted that Puer could not wait any longer to become human again.
  • Gaspol moved in with Mavario and proposed using a culture syringe to conceive after their marriage, prompting Mavario to ask that they treat each other with basic respect as roommates.
  • Mavario received another transmission from the great one, in which one speaker said married life felt like lying in a grave again.

Ch. 695Artifact spirits, mobilize!

Kallen contacted Loya through the Lax Copper Coin and asked her to gather expert Artifact Spirits to refine a surgery plan for his injured symbiosis partner. After Kallen sent her the plan through a newly established magic formation, Loya convinced the imprisoned Artifact Spirits that he could help them escape and rallied them to work on his request.

  • Kallen discussed Mavario’s relationship troubles and department funding before ending their Communication Magic Formation call.
  • Kallen entered the sealed space through the Lax Copper Coin, met Loya, and asked her to have knowledgeable Artifact Spirits review a surgery plan for his injured symbiosis partner.
  • Kallen failed to send the plan through his consciousness and withdrew when the Order God Church’s guarding gaze swept toward them.
  • Kallen visited Old Saman and Earl Recar in their shared consciousness, then returned to find Alfred had completed the magic formation.
  • Kallen used the formation to send the surgical plan through a private channel into the sealed space.
  • Loya showed the scroll to the Artifact Spirits, promised Kallen would help free them, and rallied them to complete their new master’s task.

Ch. 696Everything, for Order

Kallen returned to York City, consolidated his influence in the Whip of Order, and advanced reforms to headquarters’ welfare and compensation systems. After arranging his enrollment at Church University and visiting Mavario and Gaspol, he handed the incoming Presiding Judge work documents before she had officially taken office.

  • Kallen said goodbye to Eunice and left the Ancient Castle while Eunice and Ophelia discussed their feelings about him and marriage.

  • Kallen announced that he would lead a team investigating the Desert Order God Church’s civil war and presented reforms that transferred task assignments to headquarters and improved benefits and compensation.
  • Kallen, Suss, and Chief Bishop Byrne shared a farewell dinner at the Funeral Society and discussed the transfer of authority and the importance of standing with Order.
  • Kallen traveled to Dinge District, completed his Church University enrollment, and returned to York City after Richard and Memphis handled the paperwork.
  • Kallen visited Mavario and Gaspol and gave Gaspol internal work documents to review before she officially took office.

Ch. 697The God-Making Plan!

Kallen and Gaspol reached a cooperative understanding before visiting Chief Byrne, while discussing their arranged marriages on the drive. A suspicious assassination plot around Mr. Luther revealed that Order and Principle clerics were waiting for him to be killed, leading Kallen to suspect the God-Making Plan was nearing completion.

  • Gaspol accepted Kallen’s offer of cooperation, and they agreed to meet Chief Byrne without Mavario.
  • Kallen and Gaspol discussed their arranged marriages and how to treat their partners as they drove through York City.
  • Traffic stopped near Mr. Luther’s demonstration, where Kallen noticed a possible assassin and two clerics secretly following him.
  • Kallen overheard the clerics lament that the assassin had abandoned his attempt and learned they had been ordered not to interfere.
  • Kallen detected Order and Principle clerics on a nearby department-store roof and suspected the God-Making Plan was close to creating a deity.

Ch. 698What god would be born?

Gaspol met with Byrne and Kallen as she prepared to take office, then settled into an uneasy domestic arrangement with her fiancée, Mavario. Meanwhile, Kallen and Neo watched a growing political movement around Mr. Luther and wondered what god might emerge if he died.

  • Gaspol met Chief Bishop Byrne with Kallen and agreed to preserve the district’s existing cooperation and power structure.
  • Gaspol discussed the secret Order and Principle department with Kallen, then returned to Mavario’s house and asked to move into the Whip of Order dormitory.
  • Gaspol and Mavario argued about their engagement, his Divine Son status, and their future marriage, leaving Mavario flustered.
  • Kallen watched Mr. Luther’s speech with Neo and explained that purple-haired people were holding rights campaigns across Vien as the clerics shifted from protecting Luther to awaiting an assassination.
  • Kallen said Mr. Luther was an ordinary person and asked what god would be born after his death.

Ch. 699The assassin

Kallen and Neo investigated the planned assassination of Mr. Luther, a purple-haired civil rights leader, while secretly observing the experiment that depended on Luther's death. After interviewing Luther, Kallen learned that government agents were arranging an assassination and Neo discovered the plot's chosen gunman preparing to carry it out.

  • At an underground altar, Order and Principle clerics prepared a final experiment that required Mr. Luther to die in an unforeseen incident, and its leaders discussed the predicted assassination.
  • Kallen and Neo disguised themselves and went to Luther's hotel, where they noticed a suspicious ordinary man followed by plainclothes clerics.
  • Neo split off to track the man, while Kallen entered the hotel under the press identity Zhansi and interviewed Luther.
  • Kallen challenged Luther's strategy for winning equal rights, heard his dream for purple-haired people, and declined Luther's invitation to become his assistant.
  • Neo secretly listened as two men persuaded the suspected assassin to sign a document and supplied him with a shotgun for the planned attack on Luther.

Ch. 700Lockdown!

Puer, Little Kangna, and Kevin went out in York City while the nationwide Purple-Haired People's Equality Movement began, and Kevin sensed something was wrong. Kallen and Neo were ordered to mobilize the Whip of Order and seal off experimental sites to prevent a catastrophe as the Order God Church's god-making experiment neared its end.

  • Puer directed Little Kangna through the market, where they met Xili and watched Mr. Luther's supporters begin their march; Kevin grew agitated and Puer decided they should go home.
  • Kallen and Neo received urgent orders to return to headquarters, and Kallen said he feared interference with the experiment could trigger a natural disaster.
  • After receiving a higher-level order, Kallen and Neo mobilized Whip of Order forces and divided up surveillance assignments across the district.
  • Kallen led twenty Whip of Order Squads to a concealed seaside site, entered its barrier, and confronted clerics guarding an underground opening.
  • Garrison knights and Eagle-Falcon Knights arrived as reinforcements, while Delong began laying sealing formations and Byrne explained that the Church leadership had ordered every experimental site sealed.
