The left hand
As soon as Franca traced the Source of the marks in the mirror, Lumian grabbed her shoulder and "Teleportation" to the location indicated by the scene.
In just two or three seconds, Lumian's figure appeared in a Cemetery nestled in a valley, in front of a tombstone.
Franca, however, had disappeared.
Lumian turned his gaze to the tombstone and saw a portrait embedded in it, with a name engraved on it:
"Mocosidos"
"So you were already 'dead' a long time ago, buried in the cemetery. No wonder the two major Church couldn't find the high-ranking members of the ' Disease Church.' I wonder how you managed to escape purification or cremation back then..." Lumian said with a mocking tone, looking at the tombstone.
He anticipated the various methods Dalbero might use to communicate, including methods of intercepting information and establishing contact by placing the other party in Mirror World.
Before Lumian could finish speaking, a large amount of rubble and dirt suddenly exploded from the ground in front of the tombstone.
They shot towards Lumian like bullets from Steam rifle, whizzing and whizzing.
At the same time, Lumian saw a hand.
The palm was entirely blue, swollen to the point of being translucent, and filled with yellowish-green pus, making every capillary exceptionally clear.
These capillaries and palm lines together form complex symbols and patterns, which Lumian saw and froze on the spot.
At that moment, his vision was completely occupied by this palm, which was shooting towards him, making the rubble and dirt seem as small as Dust in comparison.
Lumian began to tremble, and deep black patches instantly appeared on her frost-like, smooth skin.
These plaques rapidly erode into the flesh, causing it to rot quickly.
Lumian was unable to move, unable to use any of his abilities, and even his thoughts were rapidly Decay.
This is hardly the palm of a Saint.
This is clearly the left hand of a Deity!
Do not look directly at God.
Lumian was trembling with fear, his mind blank, unable to come up with any effective response, as if he were Predestination to decline Decay.
Everything about him was Decay.
His right palm suddenly became burning hot, causing a noticeable stinging sensation.
Lumian suddenly had an impulse: to extend his right hand and touch it with the left palm, to touch the other's palm with the Pitch-Black "Pinhole".
This allowed him to barely regain a semblance of self-awareness.
However, it was too late.
The flying debris and dirt hit him, creating ripples and the sound of shattering glass.
Behind Lumian, a Concealment Mirror was revealed.
The Lumian we see now is not the real Lumian, but a projection that descends through the Mirror World!
Of course, Lumian was also nearby. After "Teleportation" to the Cemetery, he concealed himself and threw out a Mirror.
But the Impact of looking directly at the "Deity" still affected him, leaving him severely injured, unable to move, and unable to take any action to avoid it.
As the ground and rocks rapidly weathered away, that blue, terrifying, and bizarre hand pressed down on Lumian's projection surface.
The projection shattered instantly, each illusory fragment decaying and fading.
A series of cracking sounds came from Lumian, who was hiding behind a tree nearby; it was the sound of all the "Mirror Substitute" breaking.
Even with repeated replacements of the "Mirror Substitute," the black patches and deep decay on Lumian's body remained.
Just a second or two later, his gaze lost focus, and the sign of his life vanished.
Thump!
He collapsed in a state of extreme decay, his "Traveler’s Bag" scattering Dust among the weathered earth.
He died on the spot.
Only then did the figure in front of the tombstone become fully visible.
He was a middle-aged man dressed in a black suit without a hat. He had a long face with signs of decay on both sides, revealing bone, Paleness skin, as if he hadn't seen the Sun in a long time.
His left hand hung down naturally, and its bluish-green swelling was completely different from the rest of his body.
Before Mocosidos Future check the situation, a surging, serene, and indifferent Gray-White appeared out of nowhere behind the tombstone and rapidly spread over.
Wherever the Gray-White passed, whether it was swirling Dust or weathered ground, everything instantly became solid and heavy, losing all other colors.
Mocosidos remained calm and extended his left palm, which featured yellow-green capillaries and cyan lines, towards the Gray-White area.
Even though there hadn't been any real contact between the two sides, Gray-White slowed down, slower and slower, until cracks appeared within themselves.
Just then, a Mirror flew out from the "Traveler's Bag" that had fallen to the ground.
In the Mirror, Lumian, dressed in a black Robe with his Hood pulled up, appeared and walked back to reality with a smile on his lips.
His Eyes, as clear as Plateau Lake, already reflected the image of Mocosidos.
Almost simultaneously, two black Flames, each imbued with destruction and madness, leaped from Lumian's pupils.
"Ah!"
Mocosidos immediately screamed in agony as bursts of black Flames erupted from his rotting flesh, igniting both his soul and his decaying body composed of various Pathogens.
He quickly withdrew his left hand and ripped open his abdomen, as if trying to pull out the Source of the Black Flame, but this was the "Witch's" Curse, and the real Source was with Lumian.
Lumian has disappeared; perhaps he was "Teleportation" to a distant place, or perhaps he has hidden himself in the Mirror World.
As Mocosidos' left hand collided with the "Flames of Destruction," the corresponding Black Flame began to weaken and flicker, on the verge of being extinguished.
But the Black Flame did not go out; they continued to Burning stubbornly against Mocosidos's body and soul, though their momentum began to Decay rapidly.
Mocosidos was preoccupied with one side but couldn't attend to the other. The previously suppressed Gray-White surged again, overcoming obstacles and spreading to his side.
His clothes quickly turned Gray-White, becoming like stone.
Mocosidos ' body suddenly emitted a putrid odor, Yellowish Green pus seeped out from the rotting parts where bones were already visible.
The pus instantly covered Mocosidos's body, causing him to decompose into countless Pathogens and disappear on the spot.
Some Pathogens remained Entanglement the Black Flame and were quickly annihilated, but Pathogens, which were originally unaffected, took the opportunity to escape the burning of the "Flames of Destruction."
At this moment, the Gray-White -white color symbolizing "Petrification" surged even more fiercely, submerging many Pathogens within it, turning them into stone dust that fell to the ground.
Lumian's figure was outlined to the side of the tombstone, smiling as he raised his right palm.
The entire valley Cemetery, from the sky to the earth, was silently ablaze with Evil and quiet Black Flame.
In the Black Flame Hell, trees and Weeds withered and collapsed, while the surviving Pathogens that permeated the area around the tombstones lost their spirit and life one by one.
After about six or seven seconds, Lumian heard a shrill, unwilling, illusory scream in the air, as if it wanted to Curse something.
He thus learned that Mocosidos was completely dead.
Affected by the burning Black Flame of the "Witch," the opponent's Spirit Body will completely dissipate within the next few dozen seconds, making it impossible to Spiritism or do anything else.
Lumian flipped his hand, using the Mirror to pull the area around the tombstone and the spirit of Mocosidos into the Mirror World, thereby influencing the return of the Gift Power.
He and Franca followed suit, stepping across the silver mirror and arriving at the corresponding Mirror-Behind Region.
During this process, Lumian couldn't help but recall the battle that had just taken place:
Mocosidos ' performance exceeded both his and Franca's expectations.
That swollen, bluish-green left hand seemed to come from a true Deity; just by seeing it, just by pressing it out of the air, it completely shattered Lumian's resistance, leaving him no way to even dodge.
This absolutely surpasses Sequence 3, its power reaches the level of Angel, and its rank is even higher!
If most Pathway Sequence 3 Saint were here, they would definitely be dead after that attack. Fortunately, Lumian is the "Witch of Unaging," unpredictable and difficult to kill, and skilled in Resurrection and Rebirth.
Moreover, other "Witch of Unaging" cannot do it so easily. They would most likely cause their normal "Person in the Mirror" to die as well. They could only Resurrection by the Slumber "mirror Person in the Mirror" in the Mirror that was stored in Concealment place beforehand and had lost most of its connection with them. This would take tens of minutes or even several hours, making it impossible for them to participate in the battle again.
Lumian was able to break free from the influence of his left hand to a certain extent earlier by reacting to the Residual Aura of the Mutation "Blood Emperor" in his right palm, and thus actively used "Mirror Substitute".
Even so, all his "Mirror Substitute" were destroyed, and his original self also survived a single death, except that his reflection in the mirror was unaffected.
Without Franca's assistance and restraint, Mocosidos would have escaped before he was Resurrection and returned.
"That left hand is indeed formidable, possessing a terrifying quality reminiscent of Divine Descent..."
"But apart from his left hand, Mocosidos performed quite ordinarily in other aspects, even worse than that Sequence 4 Half-God I killed before, who followed the same Pathway..."
"The presence of that 'left hand' suppressed the performance of Mocosidos's other abilities, causing his thinking and reactions to Decay to some extent?"
"Since Amon could modify the abilities of each Sequence in the ' Thief ' Pathway, That One Great Ones codenamed ' God of Disease ' could certainly do the same. When Gift, He deliberately adjusted the Sequence abilities, lowering the rank of His own or a projection of an Angel's left hand next to His throne to Sequence 3. However, this forced Him to reduce other abilities and made the Gifted pay an additional price?"
Lumian raced as he glanced at Franca, then produced his Chariot and the "The Fool" Holy Emblem.
The subsequent Steal and alteration will certainly require the help of Mr. "The Fool"!
Lumian himself lacked this ability. If he could control Mocosidos and have enough time to use large-scale Black Magic, using this Saint as a medium to slowly make contact with all the followers of the "God of Disease," then he could barely take over the Disease Church on his own. But now, he only has less than thirty seconds left.
