Divinity and humanity

Mr. The Fool tapped the edge of the Bronze Long Table a few times with his fingers:

"To understand the difference between Divinity and Humanity, one must understand what Divinity is and what Humanity is."

What is Divinity?

Upon hearing Mr. The Fool's question, Lady. Magician replied thoughtfully, "The Divinity of 'all things possess Divinity '?"

"A mad, chaotic, and destructive spirit?" Lumian tried to answer, drawing on his own experience.

Mr. The Fool chuckled softly and Library:

"This can be divided into true Divinity, apparent Divinity, and Divinity in the vague understanding of many people."

"True Divinity naturally originates from a true God. In a narrow sense, only the Original Creator, the different personalities He split off from, the children He directly gave birth to, and the first beings conceived by That One ' Great Mother ' can be called God."

"The spirit they left behind within their own Sefirot and corresponding Beyonder Characteristic is indelible; this is the Divinity that every successor must confront—the tangible Divinity."

The Sefirot... the different personalities that split off... Lumian had so many questions to ask, but in the end, at this moment, he chose the most important one:

"Those of us who have taken the Potion and are walking the Divine Pathway must confront the Divinity that is the indelible and ineradicable spirit left behind by the Original Creator within our Beyonder Characteristic?"

"The extreme point at which most Beyonder Loss of Control is when Divinity gains absolute dominance, and they become like the person I just described, completely losing themselves."

"But this is not the entirety of the Divinity we must confront."

Lumian recalled his conversation with Mr. "The Fool" in the Dream City and roughly understood what he still needed to fight against:

"The different personalities that split off from the Original Creator are also gods in the true sense. The spirit they left behind within their corresponding Beyonder Characteristic, Uniqueness, uh, the spirit within the Sefirot, is also a kind of Divinity we need to confront, such as That One Celestial Worthy's?"

Mr. The Fool nodded slightly and said, "Yes, after the Original Creator awoke, He naturally disintegrated. Before that, His spirit and consciousness had already completely split, with different spirits controlling different Sefirot, Uniqueness, and Beyonder Characteristic."

"Among them, the Pathway ' Apprentice Seer, ' and ' Thief ' belong to That One Celestial Worthy Venerable, while the Pathway ' Spectator,' ' Sailor,' ' Reader,' ' Secret Supplicant,' and ' Bard ' belong to That One Primordial Witch God. They are all personalities of the Primordial One Creator. As for what the Great Ones corresponding to the other personalities are called, I do not know."

"I can only tell you that the Celestial Worthy is the embodiment of the ' Sefirah Castle,' That One Primordial Witch God is the symbol of the ' Chaos Sea,' and other Sefirot include the ' City of Calamity ' through the ' Hunter ' and ' Witch ' Pathway, the ' River of Eternal Darkness ' through Pathway ' Sleepless,' ' Warrior,' and ' Corpse Collector ' pathways, the ' Knowledge Wilderness ' Pathway the ' Mystery Pryer ' and ' Generalist ' pathways, and the ' Key of Light ' through the ' Destiny ' Pathway. All of these originate from the Original Creator."

"In other words, the Divinity that Beyonder on Pathway ' Seer path' need to confront is a mixture of the spirit left behind by the Primordial One Creator and the consciousness and spirit left behind by the Celestial Worthy."

Similarly, the Divinity that Beyonder belonging to different Sefirot confront differs, each with its own emphasis, reflecting the characteristics of its own Pathway and corresponding Sefirot.

"City of Calamity"... Why the Ancient Well and the Sinful Dragon? And why did Mr. "The Fool" only mention six types of Sefirot and sixteen Pathway...? Hearing this, Lumian suppressed his doubts and asked as if to confirm, "The Divinity I need to confront is based on madness and chaos, leaning towards destruction, conquest, and the union of yin and yang? The Divinity the Beyonder under the ' Great Mother ' need to confront might have a mad capacity for procreation?"

"I see..." The "Magician" Lady had roughly figured out her situation.

Mr. The Fool nodded, answering Lumian's question:

"Yes.

"That's the general idea; there are still some issues when it comes to the details."

"For example, the ' River of Eternal Darkness ' corresponds to those Beyonder on those three Pathway. When they reach a high level, the Divinity they need to confront actually contains some Mental Brand of the Celestial Worthy Venerable. This is because in ancient times, during the First Era, the Celestial Worthy contained both the ' River of Eternal Darkness ' and the ' Nation of Disorder '."

"Can it hold multiple portions of Sefirot?" Lumian, who had just been promoted, was in a daze and blurted out, his emotions not being very self-controlled.

"For the Celestial Worthy Venerable, that's clearly impossible." Mr. "The Fool" seemed to have thought of something amusing. "We'll discuss that later."

Lumian suddenly recalled the images of Grisha and Peng Deng in the Dream City, the arrangement he saw through the Magic Mirror Arrodes, the fact that the "Blood Emperor" and the "Primordial Witch" had fused under the guidance of the "Angel of Imagination" Adam to create that Special Mirror World, and how he himself had also been arranged by Adam. The Divinity that Adam was currently fighting against was clearly dominated by the consciousness and spirit left behind by That One Primordial Witch God!

Thinking about this, Lumian suddenly felt a chill run down his spine and his hair stand on end.

This feeling was quickly suppressed by the "Weather Warlock's" Courage.

Mr. The Fool's voice returned to its gentle tone:

What I just talked about was Divinity in its true sense.

"When we have to use most of our energy, emotions, and feelings to fight against and suppress true Divinity, different outward manifestations will occur:"

Some are indifferent, some are gentle, some follow a single idea or goal and resolutely execute it without any obstacles; of course, there are other behaviors as well.

"This is what I mean by manifest Divinity."

The Divinity appearance... Lumian suddenly felt a void in his heart, like a fist that had been gathering momentum and was waiting to be thrown, but was very likely to land on nothing.

"Then what is Divinity as commonly understood?" the "Magician" Lady asked curiously.

"Is this related to Divinity in my vague understanding?" Lumian Chariot wondered to himself.

Mr. The Fool continued, "In my understanding, Humanity has two layers."

"The First Layer is the most basic, which is the core self-awareness and various instincts of a living being: selfishness, Greed, survival, indifference, only valuing oneself, only doing things that benefit oneself, and not being influenced or bound by group morality, group interaction, or group cognition."

"This level is also possessed by Great Ones such as the Celestial Worthy, but since they are defined as true gods, there is no need to place them here."

"Born Mythical Creature like Amon, the ' Hidden Sage,' and the ' Red Angel ' Medici also possess Humanity, specifically the First Layer Humanity. If they didn't even have self-awareness, how could they fight against true Divinity? They would have long since become chaotic, insane, and extreme, Resurrection within them by Great Ones like the Celestial Worthy, and completely possessed by them."

"Many people's vague understanding of Divinity is the First Layer Humanity: indifference, selfishness, utilitarianism, and the main goal of self-continuation and power. True God stay at the position of Sequence 0 long enough, and are washed away by the long time, watching the anchors corresponding to those strong emotions and important experiences in the Past disappear one by one, their Humanity will slowly degenerate to this level."

"In a sense, this is indeed the ' Divinity ' we need to confront."

"Those High-Ranking Being possess only this layer of Humanity in high positions are likely to gradually become passive in the confrontation with Orthodox God, until they are defeated. In the long run, this is inevitable."

For example, ' Red Angel ' has a proud and unyielding side."

Therefore, it is still basically at the First Layer of Humanity. It does not feel that begging for mercy is shameful. It does not even have the concept of Dignity and pride. This is something that only humans or similar groups and societies have. It only has the instinct to survive and continue."

"Because we often fight and contend with innate Mythical Creature, those who have, to some extent, degenerated into high- High-Ranking Being with only First Layer of Humanity, we might vaguely perceive this as Divinity."

Both "Chariot" Lumian and "Magician" Fors understood and agreed with what "The Fool" had just said.

Mr. The Fool chuckled again, his tone seemingly a little lighter:

"The Second Layer Humanity is the Humanity we widely recognize, which includes the beautiful words we learned in our short lives, such as love, kindness, Courage, sacrifice, compassion, justice, and valuing others."

"Of course, there are also bad aspects of Humanity at this level."

"I understand, Mr. The Fool," replied "The Magician" Fors and "The Chariot" Lumian in unison.

Mr. The Fool leaned back in his chair and turned to Lumian the Chariot, saying, "Are you still wondering what Sefirot is, and why I only mentioned sixteen Divine Pathway just now?"

"Yes, Mr. ' The Fool,' please answer." Lumian intuitively felt that what was about to be said was Mr. ' The Fool's ' real purpose in bringing him to the Above the Gray Fog.
