Seeing the surprise and relief frozen on Bourman's face, Lumian removed the "Torture" gauntlets and the "Hateful Movement," ending "Face of Niser."

He then put on the Silver-White "Lie" ear clips, took out the white Bandage, and transferred and Entanglement around the burn wound on his right chest and his bloodied left hand.

Crimson flames rose around him again, Burning his dripping blood and splattered flesh.

During this process, Lumian collected the body parts that Bourman had scattered nearby and piled them next to the head.

He kept calculating the time; if Bourman's Beyonder Characteristic didn't materialize, he would have to move the body parts to the forest near the Andatena Volcano.

This is because the "Torture" gauntlets attract the attention of certain Hidden Being, who then drive dangerous creatures to attack them.

In the past, Lumian would have left the scene as soon as he finished using the "Torture" gauntlets, but this battle lasted very short a time, and the "Torture" gauntlets were stuffed back into the "Traveler’s Bag," so he could wait a little longer.

Seeing the pale purple, Paleness, and dark-colored light spots emanating from Bourman's head and the pile of body parts, and recombine on their own, Lumian retrieved various items from the surrounding ground and torn clothing:

There was a miniature brain, stained with Blood-Colored and shaped like brass; a retractable, deep black telescope; ointments and powders in Metal Vial; a short White Bone Wands; a strange badge with White Bone surrounding the Sun; a soft-covered notebook in an iron box; an ordinary-looking Gold Ring; and various Gold Coin and Silver Coin scattered all over the ground...

As for the bank Banknotes and Cash, they were likely destroyed in the explosion and fire.

Lumian put them away one by one, sensing that three of the items possessed Extraordinary Ability, as he had experienced different adverse reactions simply from touching them.

Fortunately, I never intended to fight Bourman for a long time... It would be quite troublesome if he could free himself up and start using these Mystical Item... To deal with an enemy who Half-Mad and has resources, you have to finish the battle quickly and not give him a chance to recover... Some of these things were probably collected by him, while others were most likely stolen from Fidel... Lumian finally picked up the dented and cracked iron box.

Tucked inside the softcover notebook was a treasure map stained with blood. Lumian glanced at it briefly and concluded that it was a nautical chart leading to an island in a certain Sea Area, with records of weather Change and markings of two safe shipping routes.

Was this the fake treasure map Mark Benito sold to Bourman? Lumian flipped to the first page of the dark softcover notebook and saw a note written in scribbled handwriting, "My mental state fluctuates, and I often forget things. I must write down all the relevant information; I cannot forget it."

Lumian didn't examine it closely and put away the fake treasure map and the softcover notebook.

He glanced at the pile of body parts again and noticed that Bourman was wearing a plain-looking Gold Ring on the ring finger of his left hand.

This looks a lot like the Gold Ring from the Spoils of War we just saw; one is larger, the other smaller; one is more rugged, the other very delicate.

Lumian instantly understood what was going on.

He removed the Gold Ring from the ring finger of Bourman's left hand and tied it to the other Gold Ring with a piece of wire he carried with him.

Lumian took a few steps toward the gray-black Volcano and silently tossed the pair of Ring into the reddish depression.

At this point, Bourman's Beyonder Characteristic had all been extracted and combined with certain parts of his Corpse, transforming into two items:

One is a pale purple, transparent left eye; the other is Paleness right eye with pale spots.

Lumian withdrew these two Beyonder Characteristic, picked up Bourman's head, and suddenly disappeared from the spot.

Without a sound, all of Bourman's remaining body parts burst into Burning, sending crimson fires billowing around the vast, grey-black Volcano.

Lumian's figure was outlined more than two hundred meters away as he bent down to pick up the Golden-yellow Straw Hat that had been blown over by the strong wind.

He quickly disappeared as he pressed the straw hat onto his head.

This time, he appeared on the road outside the Andatena Volcano Steam Train Station.

Lumian raised his head and looked at the gray-black Volcano, only to see the golden and red sunset, resembling Magma, receding faster than expected.

The mountaintop quickly turned dark.

Inside the "The Fool's " Church, not too far from the Black Pearl District in Falin Port.

Lumian adjusted his Golden-yellow Straw Hat, walked up to the half- Giant bishop wearing Medium-Height Silk Top Hat and Black Trench Coat, and said in a deep voice, "I want to repent."

The half- Giant bishop, standing over two and a half meters tall, looked down at Lumian for a few seconds with his light blue Eyes, then nodded and said, "Follow me."

He led Lumian into a special confessional room, which was windowless and completely dark.

"I don't want to repent in the dark," Lumian said calmly, removing his Golden-Yellow Straw Hat.

The half- Giant bishop lit the Candle and closed the door.

With a thud, Lumian tossed a head covered in Pale White hair and missing its eyes at the feet of the half- Giant bishop.

"You committed murder?" The half- Giant bishop glanced at him briefly and asked in a mellow voice.

"No, I just want to help him repent." Lumian pointed to the bloodied head oozing yellow pus. "He is ' Devil Warlock ' Bourman."

"Bourman?" The half- Giant bishop then examined the head more closely and noticed several distinctive features.

He paused for a few seconds before saying, "You want the Church help you claim the bounty from the Intis government?"

"I told you, I'm here to help him repent; his bounty is part of that repentance." Lumian's voice was no different from before.

The half- Giant bishop was a little confused.

Lumian took out most of the items he had obtained from Bourman from the "Traveler’s Bag," leaving only the dark softcover notebook and the fake treasure map.

With a whoosh, all these items, some possessing extraordinary power and others of great value, were scattered onto the ground.

"They are also part of Bourman's repentance," Lumian explained simply. "I want to use the bounty plus the money from these items to establish a charitable foundation to compensate those who were harmed by Bourman or their relatives. If there's anything left over, I'll help homeless children."

The half-giant bishop, wearing a top hat and trench coat, and the bookman bishop remained silent for a few more seconds:

"The ' Devil Warlock ' has a bounty of 600,000 Felkine, and these items are also very valuable. In total, they may approach 1 million Felkine, which is an enormous fortune that no one can ignore, enough to ensure that you never have to take any more risks."

Are you sure you want to donate to us and establish a charitable foundation?

Lumian did not directly answer the half- Giant bishop's question, but simply repeated what he had just said:

"This is Bourman's confession."

"Very well, since you trust our Church, we will grant your wish," said That One half- Giant bishop. "My name is Tais. Remember my name and be ready to oversee the progress of the charitable fund."

Lumian looked at the Holy Emblem of the Fool in the confessional, placed his hand on his chest, and bowed slightly, saying, "Praise be to the Fool!"

He then closed his eyes and began to pray:

"Great Lord, please punish the sins committed by the world and watch over our acts of atonement."

"This is not atonement, this is self-punishment..."

Lumian earnestly repented for a while before straightening up, opening his eyes, and turning to walk out the door.

"What's the name of that charitable foundation?" the half- Giant bishop asked quickly.

Lumian sighed and said, "Helen, the Helen Charity Fund."

"Do we need to tell the authorities who killed Bourman?" the half- Giant bishop asked cautiously.

"No need, but there's no need to deliberately cover up my clues either." Lumian didn't turn around, put on his Golden-Yellow Straw Hat, walked out of the confessional, and left the Church of the Fool.

That night, Lumian once again went to the Bar called "Pelican" next to Sun Square.

As usual, Batna Comte sat at the bar, drinking "Golden Som" Sugar Wine, with a cute girl dressed as an adventurer beside him.

Lumian Past and sat down among Batna and the other Patron, snapping his fingers at the Bartender with a smile:

"A glass of Golden Som."

Batna glanced at him sideways and said, "In a good mood, huh?"

"Yes." Lumian took the Golden Sugar Wine from the Bartender, tapped the table with the bottom of the glass, then stood up, raised his glass, and said, "Ladies and gentlemen, I have two things to be happy about today."

He said in an enthusiastic and joyful tone, "The first thing is that I completed a Commission worth over 100,000 Felkine!"

"Impossible..." Batna and the Women adventurer beside him said in unison.

This is higher than "Black Lord's" bounty; it can't be accomplished in a day.

Moreover, Batna knew perfectly well that Louis Berri's employer, Fidel, was dead, so where would he get a new Commission from?

Lumian continued in his enthusiastic tone, "To celebrate this, I'll treat everyone at the bar to a ' Golden Som '!"

Nearly ten adventurers and Patron exclaimed in admiration, one of them shouting, "Whatever the truth, I believe you!"

Others chimed in.

Lumian then revealed an even more pronounced smile:

"The second thing to be happy about is that I told a Lie and fooled a bunch of fools!"

Suddenly, everyone at the bar froze.

Lumian glanced at them and continued, "But the offer to buy drinks is true!"

The adventurers and Patron booed, saying they wouldn't mind being fools if they could get a free drink.

So Lumian really did spend 96 Rick, or 4.8 Felkine, to buy each of the twelve people at the bar a glass of "Golden Som".

Looking at Louis Berri like this, Batna muttered to himself silently:

He's really happy...

Late Night, "Flying Bird", First Class, Room 5.

Lumian returned to the Master Bedroom, which was barely habitable, lit the Kerosene Lamp, and took out the dark softcover notebook and the fake treasure map he had obtained from "The Devil Warlock" Bourman from the "Traveler’s Bag".
