A hobby of studying
Thinking that if it were truly dangerous and the help she couldn't provide, the "Judgement" Lady would surely shield her, Franca pulled out a blank sheet of paper and wrote the opening lines of her reply:
"Dear ' Judgement ' Lady:"
"If Mr. ' Stars's ' requests are reasonable, I have no problem with them."
After writing this, Franca began reading the follow-up to the letter from the "Judgement" Lady:
"The description and speculation of the ' Primordial Witch ' state in ' The Black Witch ' is a relatively mainstream view within the Witch Sect, but if that were true, things wouldn't be as complicated as they are now."
"Moreover, many high-ranking Witch believe that the Mirror World is very important to the ' Witch ' Pathway, which is not necessarily inconsistent with reality, but as a collection of 'gate' concepts, the Mirror World does not seem to be worthy of this status."
"These are all things we need to understand later."
"' The Two of Cups,' I know this may be a bit cruel for you, but you do need to continue to infiltrate the Witch Sect for a while longer. You are already the highest-ranking member of our ' Tarot Club ' within the Witch Sect."
"The ' Witch ' Pathway is so unique that we can't actively train Men ' Assassin.' And those who originally belonged to the Witch Sect have all become mentally Distortion, yearning to return to the Primordial Witch. We can only passively wait and search for people like you who have strayed onto the ' Assassin ' Pathway..."
Suddenly feeling a great sense of responsibility... Franca muttered to herself, sighed, and continued writing her reply.
She wasn't too disappointed. She was still hoping to get the Main Ingredient for the "Witch of Despair" from the Witch Sect, provided, of course, that she found a way to bypass the cruel requirements of that ascension Ritual.
After sending her reply, Franca leaned back in her chair, gazing at the Evernight outside the window, and drifted off into a daze.
Suddenly, she saw that everything ahead had turned pitch black, and Lady Hella's pure silver skull emerged from the void, a letter clenched in her mouth.
Another letter? What is it? Franca reached out and took it, thanking her.
Only after Lady Hella's Messenger left did the newly crowned "Witch of Pain" unfold the letter and inhale its faint yet lingering fragrance:
Dear ' Muggle ':
Do you remember the invitation from before?
"We have an in-person gathering in Trier this Saturday night at 10 pm. Would you still like to join? If so, please reply as soon as possible and I will tell you the specific location and how to participate."
"'professor'."
An offline gathering of the "Academy" group? Lumian has too much going on! I've only been his full agent for a few days, and I already feel so busy, one thing after another... Shouldn't this guy relinquish his "007" nickname? "007" needs to sleep, but he doesn't! Franca couldn't help but complain in her mind.
She had previously sensed that wherever Lumian went, Concealment Calamity would erupt one after another, but since she wasn't Lumian yet, she could only offer help in some of these events and hadn't participated in them all, so her feelings weren't very deep. Now that she had become Lumian's contact person, she immediately experienced it firsthand.
After a while, Franca began to sigh.
I need to use the "Ice Talisman" to contact Lumian again!
After obtaining this item from the "Black Witch," she hasn't used it in investigating the "Person in the Mirror" matter yet; she's spent it all on things related to Lumian!
She needs to ask Lumian if she wants to attend an offline gathering of the "Academy" group, where members of the "Moses Ascetic Order" might be present. If so, she should specify Substitute and try to deliver the "Lie" ear clip.
Franca quickly wrote a letter about the matter, wrapping a Copper Coin, some Wraith dust, and her now rarely used "Beatrice Necklace" in the letter.
She had noticed before that after Lumian's letter passed through Morola's seal, it completely lost its physical form and remained only as pure information. Therefore, she needed to plan ahead and help Lumian experiment to see if ordinary objects, objects with strong spirituality, and objects with extraordinary power could all pass through the seal, and if so, in what state they would exist after passing Past.
The results of the experiment will determine whether the "Lie" ear clip can be delivered.
If it weren't for the fact that each of those Mystical Item was precious and useful, Franca would have wanted to include items with Beyonder Characteristic in this experiment.
After making the small "package", Franca walked towards the Full-Length Mirror in the living room, took out the "Ice Talisman", and put it on.
With Flash of crystalline cold light, Franca pressed the "package" in her Handle into the glass mirror.
Late Night in Morola, on the second floor of the "Carnivore" Bar.
A ball of Blazing White Fireball hovered above Lumian's head as he intently read the book "Examples of Underground Mausoleum Construction."
Suddenly, he raised his head, his eyes slightly bloodshot, and looked at the Mirror in the room.
The surface of the Mirror had turned completely black, and there seemed to be shimmering light inside.
Lumian slowly exhaled, reluctantly put down the book in his hand, walked to the Mirror, and placed his right palm on it.
He immediately saw Intis language Vocabulary on the surface of the Mirror, row after row, densely packed.
"The professor's invitation... an offline gathering of the ' Academy ' group... an experiment in passing items..."
Lumian's thoughts began to stir. Taking advantage of the lingering effect of the "Ice Talisman," he reached into the Mirror and took out an item.
It was a Diamond Necklace.
Beatrice's Necklace!
The one- Rick Copper Coin and the Wraith dust mentioned in Franca's letter have both disappeared.
Lumian turned his gaze back to the surface of the Mirror, seeing the image of Copper Coin at the top, surrounded by densely packed Vocabulary and scattered dust that resembled illusory figures.
They are gradually disappearing as the power of the "Ice Talisman" diminishes and the Vocabulary fade.
Only pure information and items possessing extraordinary power can pass through that special Mirror World, break through the seal, and arrive here? Hmm, even Divinity probably won't work. We'll have to find a way to create one inside Morola... Lumian toyed with the "Beatrice Necklace" in his hand, and while the power of the "Ice Talisman" hadn't completely dissipated, he used it to simply reply with two Vocabulary to Franca:
"The necklace is fine."
The Waterlight inside the Mirror quickly faded, and the dark surface of the glass slowly returned to normal.
Not long after, the Mirror started acting strangely again.
This time, Franca brought in the "Ice Talisman".
This is to save Lumian the number of times he can use the "Mirror Buckle"—there are only two left.
Lumian held the amulet, which looked like it was made of solidified ice, and began to write a reply.
He first explained the specific results of the experiment and the process of transferring objects that he had previously observed. Then he told Franca to take his place and attend the "Academy" group's offline gathering in Trier as a "Muggle".
After folding the letter and stuffing in the "Lie" ear clip and the "Ice Talisman," Lumian activated the latter's power, pressing them into the glass mirror and transmitting them to the Full-Length Mirror in Franca's Apartment.
After receiving the items, Franca carefully read Lumian's letter, and muttered to herself with a mix of anticipation, trepidation, and unease, "Do I really have to pretend to be a ' Muggle '?"
"Sigh, the ' Ice Talisman ' can only transmit messages nine more times..."
On the other side, Lumian returned to the table and continued reading "Examples of Underground Mausoleum Construction".
He was reluctant to rest; the books were becoming more and more Gravity as he read them.
Of course, Lumian also knew that this was a slight sign of Corruption.
Just then, he heard a loud explosion.
That came from several blocks away!
An explosion? Relying on his "Ascetic" endurance, Lumian broke free from the attraction, extinguished the Blazing White Fireball above his head, walked to the window, and looked around at the outside world.
The booming explosions continued, and the dazzling flames illuminated the streets hundreds of meters away.
That One halfway between the "Carnivore" Bar (https://m. hetushu. com. com) and the Knowledge Church.
Lumian immediately saw Julie leap out of the room, landing lightly like a feather, then disappearing into the shadows.
"The explosion and fire caused by the ' Hunter '?" Lumian raised his hand to rub his temples, looking reluctant.
He muttered to himself:
"I really don't want to get involved in your schemes and struggles; I just want to study quietly."
Since discovering that the books Heraberg had specified contained important knowledge, he has become increasingly diligent these past few days, spending all his spare time reading, except when he goes out to "perform."
If he weren't afraid of revealing the importance of the books, he would have used his special abilities to stay up all night studying.
The more diligently Lumian studied, the less he wanted to do anything else. Often, he could only rely on perseverance or even the special nature of an "Ascetic" to break free from that mental state.
In a flash, Lumian's expression turned serious, and he muttered to himself, "Once I find an opportunity to kill you all, I can concentrate on my studies..."
Suppressing his turbulent emotions, Lumian transformed into Shadow Creature, entering the darkness created by the various buildings, and rushed towards the location of the explosion.
He soon arrived at his destination and discovered that the building that had been bombed and partially collapsed belonged to the Dardus Agricultural Company.
The Dardus Agricultural Company in Vanak? Someone attacked Vanak? Lumian completely overcame the aftereffects of his studies and his mind immediately became highly focused.
He immediately saw two huge figures emerge from the half-collapsed building.
They were all three or four meters tall, their bodies seemingly covered with a layer of Tinplate, their clothes painted with blue paint, and they carried greatswords that were only used by Giant.
Tin Soldiers? Giant Tin Soldiers? Lumian suddenly remembered the Tin Soldiers he had seen Depths inside the Sauron Family's Red Swan Castle Underground Palace.
The next second, one of the Tin Soldiers crashed through the collapsed wall and cast a cold gaze at the shadow where Lumian was hiding.
With a thud, it charged toward Lumian, raising the Giant's Sword in its hand.
