Background / History

Before transmigrating, Li Dalong lived on the “blue planet,” worked with colleagues, and read transmigration novels. His last recalled scene was drinking with coworkers at karaoke. He awakens in the body of another man named Li Dalong, inheriting both his memories and cultivation experience 1 2 3.

The original Li Dalong was Dongfang Leng’s eldest disciple. After Xiahou Jin murdered his second junior brother, he stole the sect’s forbidden Dark Gold Gourd and destroyed Returning to Unity Manor. Unable to control the artifact, he suffered backlash, fell into a frenzy, and killed or wounded dozens of Enforcement Hall disciples.
