Liu Feng built his power, split the Uchiha clan from Konoha, and ultimately devastated the village after its forces clashed with his allies. He led the Uchiha and Uzumaki toward Kirigakure, where he agreed to become the Fourth Mizukage.

• Liu Feng defeated the Uchiha Madara Projection, then challenged Uchiha Fugaku over leadership and split the Uchiha into Main and Branch families.
• Liu Feng protected Nawaki and Tsunade during her assault on Root, but Hiruzen Sarutobi blamed Tsunade for the destruction, so she left Konoha.
• Liu Feng mastered Sage Mode and Wood Style, defeated the Senju Hashirama Projection, and later secretly controlled the Third Mizukage to stir conflict in Kirigakure.
• After years of mounting hostility, Liu Feng prepared the Uchiha and Uzumaki to leave Konoha, sent their weaker members into Kamui Space, and gave Mikoto the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
• Liu Feng led his forces against Konoha, destroyed the Hokage Building and Hokage Rock, and demanded the Sarutobi Clan as compensation for Uchiha losses.
• Hiruzen Sarutobi killed the Sarutobi Clan, including his son Asuma, while Liu Feng killed Uzumaki Zosuke and unleashed the Great Spiraling Ring, devastating Konoha before fleeing with Mikoto and his clansmen.
• Liu Feng traveled to the Land of Water and agreed to help the Seven Ninja Swordsmen replace the Third Mizukage, accepting their request to become the Fourth Mizukage and binding them with talismans.

Liu Feng secured Kirigakure, awakened the Rinnegan, and prepared the village for the Third Shinobi World War. Kirigakure invaded the Land of Fire, where Mikoto and the Seven Ninja Swordsmen battled Konoha’s forces and drove them into retreat.

• Liu Feng killed the Third Mizukage, became the Fourth Mizukage, and brought the Uchiha and Uzumaki clans to Kirigakure.
• Liu Feng traveled with Kushina to meet Uchiha Madara, learned how Madara awakened the Rinnegan, and later visited the young Akatsuki in the Land of Rain.
• Liu Feng awakened the Rinnegan, defeated the Ten-Tails projection, gained its chakra, and evolved his eyes into the Six Tomoe Rinne Sharingan.
• Liu Feng trained Mei Terumi and appointed Uchiha No to lead the Seven Ninja Swordsmen after he adapted to transplanted First Hokage cells.
• Liu Feng learned that the Third Shinobi World War was approaching, allied with Kumogakure, and ordered Kirigakure to attack the Land of Fire under Mikoto, Kushina, and Mei Terumi.
• Mikoto led Kirigakure toward the Land of Fire, faced Hiruzen Sarutobi’s forces with her Perfect Susanoo, and established a camp after the Konoha leaders escaped.
• Uchiha No led the Seven Ninja Swordsmen against Konoha Camp, while Yagura and Kisame Hoshigaki helped drive back Konoha’s forces.
• Minato Namikaze saved Konoha ninja from Kisame’s flood, and Hiruzen Sarutobi, Jiraiya, and Minato stayed behind as Uchiha No ordered Kirigakure’s forces to withdraw.

Liu Feng led Kirigakure to defeat Konoha and seize territory, then maneuvered among the other villages as Sunagakure and Iwagakure fought Konoha. After securing ransom payments and withdrawing Kirigakure, Liu Feng returned to a village that Tsunade had kept running well while Konoha remained under attack.

• Kushina led Kirigakure against Konoha, and after Mikoto’s Susanoo overwhelmed the Nine-Tails, Hiruzen Sarutobi surrendered and accepted Liu Feng’s demands for territory, the Scroll of Seals, and annual supplies.
• Rasa spread rumors that Konoha had killed the Third Kazekage, and Sunagakure went to war with Konoha while Minato earned the name Golden Flash.
• Rasa reluctantly secured Iwagakure’s support, and Ōnoki’s forces joined Sunagakure in driving Konoha back as Liu Feng negotiated with the Third Raikage for supplies and Lightning Release Chakra Mode.
• The Cloud Ninja attacked Iwagakure and Sunagakure from behind, and Mikoto defeated Rasa while Kirigakure captured him.
• Liu Feng forced Rasa to teach him Magnet Release and demanded ransom, then let Chiyo take Rasa back after she paid Sunagakure’s debt.
• Ōnoki paid Liu Feng to spare Iwagakure, and Kirigakure withdrew while Kumogakure continued its assault on an exhausted Konoha.
• Liu Feng returned to Kirigakure, left Yagura in charge of the ceded Land of Fire territory, and learned from Tsunade that the village was being managed well.

Liu Feng secured new powers, recruited Pakura and Konan, and used his influence to shape the end of the Third Shinobi World War. The arc left Konoha under attack after Obito extracted the Nine-Tails from Kushina and unleashed it on the village.

• Liu Feng defeated the Kaguya Otsutsuki Projection, gained Kekkei Mōra and the Nine Tomoe Rinne Sharingan, and gave Undying Body cards to Mikoto, Kushina, and Tsunade.
• Liu Feng recruited Pakura after revealing Rasa’s betrayal, then captured Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan when Yahiko sought Kirigakure’s help ending the war.
• Uchiha Madara traded his Six Paths Sage Mode and Yin-Yang Release research for Nagato’s release, while Liu Feng kept Konan in Kirigakure and had her make Explosive Tags.
• After Hanzo and Danzo’s forces killed Yahiko, Liu Feng helped Konan avenge him by killing Hanzo, while Nagato joined Obito and began forming the Six Paths of Pain.
• Hiruzen Sarutobi and Ōnoki agreed to a ceasefire, and Liu Feng, Kushina, and Mikoto attended Minato Namikaze’s inauguration and pressured the Five Kage into signing a Peace Treaty.
• Liu Feng defeated the Six Paths Madara Projection and gained Ten-Tails Chakra and Limbo: Border Jail, then warned Obito that he knew his identity and that Kamui was not invincible.
• Obito attacked Konoha during Kushina’s delivery, took Kushina and Naruto, extracted the Nine-Tails, and unleashed it on the village as Minato and Hiruzen responded.
