There was still a mountain of trouble waiting for him to deal with back in Kirigakure!

The mess involving Akatsuki had more or less been cleaned up. The two who had slipped through the net, Obito and Zetsu, would have to wait until they had time to settle accounts with them.
As for the elusive Orochimaru, tracking him down would probably take some time and effort as well.
But none of those matters were particularly urgent right now.
Just as Raito and the others turned to leave this troubled place...
The Fourth Raikage suddenly spoke in his booming voice.
"Lord Mizukage, please wait! Since you've already killed the members of Akatsuki, I was wondering about our village's tailed beasts..."

So this Raikage really was after the Eight-Tails!
Raito turned and gave him a cold glance. "What about them?"
Under Raito's oppressive gaze, the Raikage immediately felt tremendous pressure bearing down on him, as though an ancient, savage beast had locked onto him.
He had absolutely no desire to fight this unfathomable Raito right now.
"I merely wanted to confirm where our village's two missing tailed beasts, the Eight-Tails and the Two-Tails... are now!"
"They're in my Kirigakure!"
"What, do you have a problem with that?"
Raito's reply was blunt, and in that instant, the Raikage felt the pressure on him multiply. Cold sweat trickled down his forehead.
Raito's gaze had become decidedly unfriendly, and his forceful attitude left the Raikage momentarily stunned.
Was he openly trying to seize Kumogakure's tailed beasts?
Didn't Kirigakure already have plenty of tailed beasts? Was he so insatiably greedy that he wanted to swallow up Kumogakure's tailed beasts as well?
