It is precisely for this reason that the Navy has a special task force targeting him.

All that was left was Kronos's small squad, facing an entire ship.

Kronos and his men arrived beneath the Fifth Fleet, which had been blasted through by cannon fire, resulting in heavy casualties.

The team members each held a rope, threw one end of the iron claw onto the boat, and then climbed up the rope.

Kronos was a novice in this area, and even with these professional tools in hand, he couldn't understand how to use them, so he simply didn't move and planned to wait for one of the people to climb up before using someone else's rope to get up.

The team members were all experienced and skilled, so someone quickly climbed up.

Kronos quickly grabbed the Rope and started climbing. There was a Yodsen on the ship, who could still pose a threat to the team, so Kronos had to hurry up and stop him.

Kronos found climbing with brute force to be easy, and after quickly climbing onto the Fifth Fleet, Kronos immediately spotted Yodsen.

Yodsen wore a white shirt, a black vest, and a floral bow tie. His hair was blond with darker roots, neatly swept back to the sides. He was good-looking, with light lake-green eyes, a straight nose, and thin lips. His overall demeanor was more like that of an office worker or a playboy.

Yodsen didn't attack his squad members; instead, he watched the battle on the deck from a distance.

That's Beyonder Error Pathway are like, or rather, that's the style of the Cowardly Trio —they never take things that they're not sure about.

Yodsen hadn't figured out why a boarding team was coming for him, so Yodsen first thought was how to escape.

But before he could even plan his escape, Kronos boarded the ship.

In truth Yodsen wasn't really a great villain; he was just an ordinary Pirate. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been recruited by Yodsen Vice Admiral Iceberg after the Iron-Blooded Pirate Group disbanded.

Although Vice Admiral Iceberg "educated" Yodsen for a long time, he was indeed not a completely rotten person.

However, this evaluation has a basic standard, which is the average condition of Pirate.

Yodsen was somewhat different from those indiscriminate killers, but he was still a competent Pirate, having committed his share of murder and plunder; otherwise, where would the bounty of several thousand pounds have come from?

Therefore, Kronos felt no psychological pressure in choosing Yodsen his target.

Upon seeing Yodsen, Kronos didn't hesitate at all and ran straight towards Yodsen.

As he ran, he pulled a handful of materials from his pouch, which happened to be the material for his newly developed Spell, "The Whip of Affliction."

That's right. Before this mission, Kronos successfully developed the Whip of Affliction and also consumed quite a few Potion.

A new "Whip of Affliction" was unleashed. Yodsen could figure out what was happening, he felt as if electric currents were coursing through his mind, forming a barbed whip that relentlessly lashed his soul. This "taste" was both painful and numb.

This was exactly the opportunity Kronos wanted; after all, the best way to take down the Cowardly Trio was to seize the opportunity in one fell swoop.

While Yodsen was struggling with his mental Affliction, Kronos pulled out the Ninth Law.

A Majesty voice rang out. "Theft is prohibited here."

After the Decree took effect, Yodsen barely came to his senses. By then, he knew he had been tricked, but with the theft prohibited, virtually all of his abilities were rendered useless.

Yodsen drew a red War Blade and thrust it directly at Kronos.

Kronos was not unprepared; he took out a golden Walking Stick and slammed it hard against Yodsen's War Blade.

Yodsen Sequence 6 while Kronos is only Sequence 7, Yodsen's power is actually about equal to Kronos's.

Neither gained an advantage from this attack; both took a step back. We don't know how Yodsen, but Kronos's hand was definitely throbbing with pain.

Having lost his ability to steal, Yodsen was like a tiger without teeth. However, this Decree wouldn't last long; in a few more minutes, Decree effect would wear off. Therefore, Kronos had to act quickly, or he would be giving up a golden opportunity.

Thinking of this, Kronos continued his charge, gripping the Lucky One Cane tightly in his right hand and secretly pulling out the Disease Triangular Dagger with his left.

Having already clashed once, Kronos naturally wouldn't choose brute force again for the second collision.

So Kronos first raised his Walking Stick, pretending to bring it down hard.

Because Kronos was wearing the armor he brought from the Ghost Empire, Yodsen didn't think that directly attacking Kronos's body would be very effective.

So, faced with this seemingly powerful attack, Yodsen had no choice but to continue parrying with his sword.

Yodsen used all his strength to block upwards, but unexpectedly, Kronos's Walking Stick did not have as much force as he had expected. This misalignment of force almost strained Yodsen's back.

The Lucky One Cane sliced through Yodsen's War Blade the moment it touched it, without any attempt at a direct confrontation. Kronos, too, had already dodged to Yodsen's side.

Such a perfect opportunity was not to be missed by Kronos, Disease Triangular Dagger had already plunged fiercely towards Yodsen's waist.

Although Yodsen wasn't exactly a skilled fighter, he had spent many years at sea and naturally heard the sound of a blade cutting through the air beside him.

Yodsen suddenly took a step forward, trying to dodge the attack.

Unfortunately, Yodsen was a little too slow, and although he didn't suffer a serious injury, Kronos's Triangular Bayonet still grazed his lower back.

If it were just an ordinary weapon, this wouldn't be a problem, but unfortunately, it's Disease Triangular Dagger.

If Yodsen didn't possess any Beyonder Item that could cure illness or prolong life, his fate would have been essentially sealed.

Having succeeded in his attack, Kronos had no intention of continuing. After all, he intended to transform the creature into Marionette, and he couldn't just break it into pieces and use it.

So Kronos jumped backward, leaping away from the battle.

Seeing that Kronos had left, Yodsen Consciousness something.

"Am I going to die?" Yodsen asked, looking at Kronos.

Kronos didn't speak, he just stared at Yodsen.

"I don't understand. Among the entire Pirate crew, my strength is not outstanding, and I haven't committed any major crimes. Why was I chosen?" Yodsen's voice was much louder at this point.

Kronos wasn't exactly heartless, but he felt no remorse for what he had done to Yodsen.

"Have you ever killed anyone? An innocent person?" Kronos asked softly.

Yodsen was taken aback; he hadn't expected such a response. But it was precisely this response that Yodsen completely speechless.

Yes, Yodsen wasn't the biggest villain, but even if Pirate in the entire Sonia Sea were killed, not many would be innocent.

At this Yodsen was already showing very obvious symptoms. He started coughing violently and kept pressing his hand to his chest, looking like he was in great Affliction.

Although Kronos's attack wasn't very serious, it still left Yodsen with a wound nearly 30 centimeters long and 2 centimeters deep at its deepest point.

The disease triggered by a wound of this magnitude would have killed Yodsen within five minutes.

Seeing that Yodsen had lost the ability to fight back, Kronos said nothing more, but took out a Parchment encyclopedia from his pocket, which was the Marionette Illustrated Compendium he had obtained from the Ghost Empire.

This encyclopedia is great in every way, except for the annoying ten-minute slowdown after use, which makes it only useful after the opponent has lost their ability to attack.

Countless transparent Spirituality threads emerged from the Marionette Illustrated Compendium and then rushed toward Yodsen.

If Yodsen were in a normal state, he would at least be capable of struggling.

But at this point, he was practically coughing up his lungs; acute pneumonia accompanied by angina had completely rendered him incapable of fighting back.

The Spirituality threads tightly bound Yodsen, making his movements increasingly sluggish until all he could do was cough.

But this wasn't the end. Gradually, Yodsen's coughing frequency decreased until it stopped completely, and he no longer had any strength to resist.

Kronos ' first Marionette was fully formed: the Fifth Fleet of the Vice Admiral Iron Blood, the Error Pathway Sequence 6 "Fire Thief," nicknamed "Bow Tie," Yodsen.

As a Warlock, Kronos naturally had no experience in manipulating Marionette, but once the Marionette was formed, Kronos clearly had complete control over Marionette.

It feels really good to be able to do whatever you want, whether it's walking or jumping.

General Salandon's adjutant saw it the moment Yodsen collapsed to the ground and walked toward Kronos.

So he saw all of Yodsen's subsequent actions, but he didn't say anything. He walked over to Kronos and handed him a flare.

"Mr. Klein, congratulations! You are the first person in the Fleet to capture the target. You may now fire the signal flare to announce your first place."

Without hesitation, Kronos grabbed the signal flare and fired it into the sky.

"Bang!" A brilliant flash of light appeared, visible to everyone in the fleet.

"Interesting." General Salandon smirked slightly in the command room.
