Trouble among the Sanguine
After offering a sacrifice to Ambassador Beckland's body, Kronos vanished from the spot.
Klein was furious Shang-Chi Sefirah Castle, but there was nothing he could do, because the star symbolizing Mr. Fate had dimmed once again.
This has always been the norm; the star corresponding to Kronos only lights up when he allows it, and only under these circumstances can Klein successfully contact him.
For example, before each Tarot Club, or right after prayer.
At this point, Klein knew too little, so he didn't understand how high-level the situation was that even the Sefirah Castle couldn't be contacted. He only thought that this Mr. Fate was very powerful, which was why he was like this.
So after the stars dimmed, Klein was completely helpless and could only continue to focus his attention on the All-Black Eye.
After returning to his residence, Kronos stopped paying attention to the outside world, as there was nothing of interest to concern him for the time being.
Improving his own strength is the most important thing for Kronos to do right now.
Whether it's creating your own Playing Cards Magic or recreating more Fairy Tale Magic, the way to enhance your Pathway is inseparable from studying knowledge.
Kronos simply continued his "seclusion" at his residence.
As news of Ambassador Beckland's assassination spread, the people of Backlund began to panic.
The Duke Negan just died, and now Ambassador Intis has appeared. Backlund is truly in turmoil.
To prevent a potential diplomatic incident, MI9 had no intention of keeping Message secret; in fact, they deliberately leaked details of the assassination scene.
The assassination of Ambassador Intis by a Saint from the Aurora Order has absolutely nothing to do with the Loen Kingdom!
Sure enough, after the Message was fully disseminated, the anger of the Republic of Intis subsided considerably, since the Church of the Evil God was a common enemy of everyone.
The most ridiculous thing is that the day after the Message was sent out, the Aurora Order actually stepped forward and announced that it would take responsibility for the matter.
Mr. A was quite well- Message in Backlund, so he quickly received Message of the assassination attempt.
Upon hearing what the assassin said, Mr. A was basically certain that this was one of his own. The main reason was that the awe-inspiring presence of the True Creator was too strong; ordinary people wouldn't dare to speak recklessly.
However, because the structure of the Aurora Order was rather chaotic, with the leader (the True Creator) obsessed with talking nonsense and the second leader (Ouroboros) believing in non-interference, the people below knew very little about each other.
Therefore, Mr. A even made a special contact with his superior, the Saint Tenebrous Kisma.
The Saint Tenebrous replied, "I don't know. I don't even know how many Saint are under the Master, how could I know if there is Saint Unshadowed Sequence?"
Although he hadn't received any definite Message, Mr. A still chose to step forward and take responsibility for the matter.
As for why?
How can a normal person understand the thoughts of Lunatic?
With the Message spreading like wildfire, Audrey, Alger, and Klein naturally found out as well.
They were all taken aback when they received the Message.
No one expected that the taciturn and enigmatic Mr. Fate in the Tarot Club was actually a member of the Aurora Order.
You see, the Aurora Order had never had a good reputation, and Klein had almost died during one of their Aurora Order Descent Ritual.
Therefore, these three people suddenly became wary of Kronos.
This may be the only loss Kronos suffered in this mission.
Klein survived a major ordeal and also gained considerable benefits.
He met Miss Sharron, obtained the follow-up formula for his own Pathway, and even created his own alternate account through the All-Black Eye.
So at the next Tarot Club, a new member joined: Mr. World.
After Mr. Fool introduced Mr. World to everyone, Kronos could feel that, apart from Little Sun, everyone's eyes were focused on him.
I suddenly remembered the Tarot Club while I was doing my research, and I snapped back to reality in time, otherwise I would have missed it.
So at this moment, Kronos's mind was still full of magic, and he had no Consciousness why everyone was paying attention to him.
Until Miss Justice cautiously asked, "Mr. Fate, are you Saint of the Aurora Order?"
The title "Saint" was something Susie, the Dog of Imagination, " overheard while eavesdropping on the Earl Hall's conversation.
Kronos then realized why everyone was looking at him; they suspected his connection to the Aurora Order.
So he laughed and said, "No, that's just a tactic."
But Alger questioned this, "It is common sense that nothing concerning True Creator can be a safe means!"
Kronos glanced at the Mr. Hanged Man and said, "What you call common sense depends on who it's applied to. To you, it's not common sense, it's truth."
"But let alone the True God, even the current Gade II wouldn't suffer any serious consequences if he slightly exploited the True Creator."
Gade II, Pope of the Church of Storms, Lord of Storms, has presided over the Council of Cardinals for nearly a century.
Everyone present, except for Little Sun, knew this name, but no one expected that Mr. Fate would say it.
Actually, Kronos would have preferred to use a name like Leodero, Herabergen, or Aucuses, which would have sounded much more sophisticated.
But in the end, they didn't do that, mainly because they were afraid that these people would mention it out of the blue and they would be Divine Punishment again.
They are currently only mid- Low Sequence Beyonder, and they know almost nothing about the power of True God, so it is perfectly normal for them to make mistakes.
Since Kronos has already compared himself to Gade II, no one in the room knows what else to say.
This is like having a rich second-generation classmate suddenly claim one day that he is Jack Ma's son.
You really don't want to believe he's that rich, but you don't actually have any proof.
In any case, the image of Mr. Fate in their eyes is becoming more and more lofty and majestic.
After finishing the "interrogation" of Mr. Fate, the Tarot Club reading session officially began with Mr. Fool.
The main source for the recent entries in the Emperor Roselle's Diary has been Alger, who has provided six pages each time, which has given Klein a very satisfying reading experience.
During the subsequent trading and free exchange time, Kronos remained largely silent.
Klein needs the entire spinal fluid of the Evil-Patterned Black Panther to advance to the Magician, and Kronos has it, as he once killed an Evil-Patterned Black Panther and had it professionally treated.
But at this point, it wasn't that he was afraid of changing the plot; it was simply that Kronos was too lazy to make the deal.
It was just a few hundred pounds, and Kronos had to make a trip to the Midseashire for it, which he considered pointless.
Klein had hoped to get a few favors from this big shot, but to his surprise, the big shot had absolutely no intention of communicating.
And so the Tarot Club ended.
No sooner had this ended than Kronos threw himself back into his magical research.
When researchers are caught up in a state of frenzy, nothing can stop them from continuing their research.
If it weren't for wanting to get a feel for the development of the Tarot Club members, Kronos wouldn't even want to participate in the Tarot Club today.
As Fairy Tale Magic reappears in Kronos's hands, the Mysticologist's Potion are also rapidly being absorbed.
The Playing Cards Magic he envisioned was progressing steadily.
After all, unlike the magic that appeared in the original work, the effects and forms of Playing Cards Magic are still in the conceptual stage.
Recreating the magic that has already been conceived is much simpler, because the original work has already introduced the effects and forms designed by Bernadette. As long as Kronos tries his best to get close, he probably won't encounter any major difficulties.
However, creating one yourself is much more difficult, not to mention wanting to base it on Blasphemy Card.
Therefore, Kronos will still need some time.
A few days later, the Church of Evernight sent a letter to Kronos.
Kronos was not supposed to see anyone during his "seclusion," but considering that these were members of the Church of Evernight, he made an exception and appeared to meet them.
After delivering the letter, the man left.
Kronos opened the letter and read it carefully.
This is a letter from Anthony Stevenson.
Anthony Stevenson, Archbishop of the Church of Evernight, head of the Backlund Diocese, resides at Saint Samuel Cathedral in Backlund.
Logically speaking, Kronos is High-ranking Deacon directly under Lady Arianna, a fact known to very few people.
However, since Kronos and Lady Arianna met at Saint Samuel Cathedral, it was virtually impossible to keep this from Archbishop Anthony.
Moreover, Lady. Arianna never intended to hide it from him.
The main reason I'm writing to Kronos this time is because of the Sanguine.
Archbishop Anthony had a detailed account in his mind.
Since last year, the Sanguine, who were originally independent of the major powers, have shown a tendency to move closer to the Church of the Evernight Goddess.
After several contacts, the Church decided to select a group of Sanguine to join the Nighthawks, and this process began in Backlund.
This is because it is home to the largest Sanguine settlement outside of the Amanda Mountains.
Moreover, Archbishop Anthony and Nibais Audra, both of Sequence 3 Marquis, are here, so they can handle any trouble that may arise.
Therefore, after Archbishop Anthony had several meetings with Marquis Nibais, he decided to begin implementing the plan.
Archbishop Anthony hadn't expected that Marquis Nibais would request to see Kronos at the last minute.
Archbishop Anthony did not make the decision on his own, but contacted Lady Arianna. In the end Arianna let Kronos decide for himself, which is why this letter came about.
No wonder, Kronos's missions are always delivered directly by Lady Arianna, but this time it's done through a letter.
In the letter, Archbishop Anthony was very polite, simply asking if Kronos would like to go, and if so, to visit the Saint Samuel Cathedral the next day.
As a "refugee," the Church of Evernight treated him very well, giving him ample freedom. It would be a bit much to refuse occasional missions.
He agreed, but Kronos still wanted to know the reason for his trip.
In the letter, Archbishop Anthony said that the Marquis Nibais refused to reveal the reason.
However, Kronos's desire to understand the Sanguine doesn't mean he can be limited to just one method.
Therefore, Kronos summoned Olnia directly.
Asking the Sanguine Queen directly about Sanguine —that's a brilliant method, isn't it?
"I... don't... have... much... contact... with... Sanguine... I... only... contact... Olmer... on... solely."
Olnia's reply surprised Kronos.
According to His will, Olnia, as the Sanguine Queen, has not officially returned to the Sanguine after her return. If Olmer had not revealed this to others, perhaps no one in the Sanguine would know about it.
"Then please contact Duke Olmer for me." Since the Queen was unreliable, Kronos had no choice but to contact Olmer. He refused to believe that as the highest-ranking Duke among the Sanguine, he wouldn't know anything.
As a result, Kronos received another surprising Message.
"I... have... lost... contact... with... Her... three... days... ago... our... communication... was... broken."
Olnia and Olmer lost contact three days ago, and shortly after that, the Sanguine contacted her through the Church of the Evernight Goddess.
Kronos Consciousness felt that something was amiss.
In the original work, there is not much information about Sanguine and Olmer, so Kronos does not know what happened.
Having lost his advantage of Soothsayer, Kronos felt somewhat uncertain when facing this change.
And it was at this moment that his confidence returned.
For a moment, Kronos's gaze wavered, and then he saw Lady Arianna appear before him.
Having experienced this before, Kronos knew that he was being pulled into Dream Infiltration to convey some Message.
Lady Arianna said, "The Descent of God Divine Oracle. You can go see Nibais with peace of mind, and then follow him to the Sanguine. The Sanguine need your help now."
Kronos believed the words of the Evernight Goddess, but why would such a large Sanguine, with three Angel, need such a minor figure as him?
So Kronos asked, "Lady. Arianna, what has happened to the Sanguine? Could you tell me first so I can be prepared?"
But Arianna said, "I don't know, God didn't say."
After answering, Kronos awoke from his dream.
Looking at Olnia in front of him, Kronos had no choice but to grit his teeth and decide to go to the Sanguine. After all, he had received some help from them and he had to repay it.
