Sasuke exposed Danzo’s role in the Uchiha massacre and dismantled Root through public pressure, investigations, and a joint assault on its vault. The arc ended with the Uchiha and Hyuga allied against Root’s crimes just as four unfamiliar ninja attacked the Hyuga compound seeking Sasuke and the Byakugan.

• Sasuke revealed Itachi and Danzo’s recorded discussion of the Uchiha extermination, rallied the clan and civilians, and forced the Third Hokage to suspend Root while naming Danzo and Itachi as suspects.
• Sasuke took control as Uchiha clan head, organized a village-wide lockdown and joint Root investigation, and uncovered stolen funds, human experiments, and Root operatives hidden within the police force.
• Sasuke confronted Itachi before the victims’ families, then retrieved a roster of Root infiltrators and exposed and executed three Uchiha conspirators who had guarded Root’s secrets.

Sasuke exposed Danzo’s crimes, dismantled Root’s network, and seized its Hashirama-cell research, then gained Wood Release through a full-body fusion. The arc left him confronting Obito in his study and accusing him of ties to the Nine-Tails’ attack and the deaths of Minato and Rin.

• Sasuke exposed Root’s attack on the Hyuga compound, forced the Third Hokage to authorize action against Danzo, and helped replace two implicated elders with Hiashi and Shikaku.
• Sasuke and his allies raided Danzo’s underground laboratory, recovered evidence of his Sharingan experiments, and secured Danzo’s S-rank wanted status after he escaped.
• Sasuke expanded the Police Force and uncovered Danzo’s deal with Orochimaru, which sent the Sound Five into Konoha using the stolen defense map.

Sasuke exposed the conspiracy behind Obito’s attack, uncovered the Hokage Building’s collusion with Orochimaru and Danzo, and used the Chunin Exams invasion to take control of Konoha’s defenses. After defeating Danzo’s rebellion, Sasuke left him chained for trial, but a Spiral Mask appeared as Danzo offered to reveal Sasuke’s biggest secret.

• Sasuke exposed Obito Uchiha’s identity and crimes, resisted his attempt to seize Kakashi’s eye, and uncovered orders from the Hokage Building that had weakened Konoha’s defenses.
• Sasuke allied with the major clans, presented evidence against the Old ANBU Unit, and found a concealed intelligence room revealing Orochimaru’s plan to replace the Kazekage.
