Near Grim Batol, close to Loch Modan to the south, beside a mountain that was not particularly tall.
Figures suddenly appeared in the sky. Almost all of Naxxramas's high mages had gathered there.
Accompanying them were quite a few Wildhammer dwarves, who rode their gryphons around the mountain. Several red dragons were there as well.
Working together, more than a dozen high mages used the Cutting Spell to slice the peak off a small mountain.
It was a lengthy undertaking that took roughly two days.
Then Archmage Kel'Thuzad cast a Gravity Flip Spell, turning the peak upside down.
As the inverted mountain cave came into view... just like that, the embryonic form of another floating city was complete.
"This peak is too small!" Kel'Thuzad was somewhat dissatisfied with the results of their trip. "And it's far too flat."
Indeed, this new floating city's "embryonic form" was about the same size as Naxxramas, but only half as tall.
There was nothing he could do about that, though. Even with his eighth-ring strength, this was the most he could manage.
A slightly larger peak would have been beyond his abilities.
Several enormous red dragons swiftly flew beneath it to support the embryonic floating city. Meanwhile, under the effects of the mages' Levitate spells, the entire structure slowly began moving toward a position above Loch Modan to the south.
With the casting of Slow Fall, half the embryonic floating city sank into the water, forming an "island."
With the buoyancy of the lake water to help them, the mages could control the embryonic floating city more easily.
Karin climbed onto the "island" on the water. The ground felt uneven beneath his feet. After all, the mages who had helped cut it varied in skill, and some of the weaker blue-robed mages could
