"Now I'm confident I can take on the Giant Knight!"

Yang Yi sighed with feeling. His body felt lighter than ever, and his mind had cleared considerably.

From the outside, he was now an abstract, twisted monster, with a tall horse's body attached beneath his waist, two arms-one thick and one thin-on his right shoulder, a moving eyeball hanging from his left shoulder, and a thick, three-meter-long tail on his chest.

But Yang Yi felt great, and he sent Su Na the information about the legendary title-Fool.

"All your attributes except Spirit reached 30. What did you do?"

Su Na noticed something was amiss almost immediately. Yang Yi must have done something extraordinary.

"Nothing much. I tried raising my attributes a bit. Otherwise, I might not even get to see the Giant Knight."

Yang Yi gave an evasive answer, then turned to look underground.

With his current body and attributes, entering the Deathbirth Society's abandoned base would be relatively easy. He could simply use the drill to clear a path.

But the heartbeat coming from the mountain ahead was growing more frequent. It might have sensed his arrival.

Moreover, Yang Yi had a feeling that once the heartbeat reached one beat per second, battle would probably break out. He had to hurry.

He returned to the spot where he had previously discovered the Deathbirth Society's base and controlled the drill-tipped tail on his chest to dig downward, tossing out shattered crystal chunks. Many were actually living statues buried underground.

Half an hour later.

Yang Yi finished the task ahead of schedule, digging his way to just above the base. Beneath his feet was the makeshift building, separated from him by only a dozen or so centimeters of crystal.

He could now confirm that he had indeed advanced to legendary rank.
