Yang Yi sprinted toward Steam Island Central Hospital, gradually growing accustomed to his somewhat clumsy, incomplete body.
With the belt suppressing his temperature, he could not replace his severed limbs with flames. Unless he activated the Burning Giant's Heart, that ability was unavailable.
Dragging this battered body along, he traversed the buildings of this increasingly prosperous city almost unnoticed. He was so fast that even many of the cameras on the streets could capture only afterimages.
Before long, he reached the main entrance of Steam Island's Central Hospital, which had also been the original entrance to the Shelter.
After modifications, however, the ship had been integrated into Steam Island. The entrance had also been remodeled, and enclosing walls had been added, making this the transitional area between Steam Island and the Shelter.

The few players in the lobby seeking treatment looked up at the ceiling, then toward the entrance behind them, but no one was there anymore.
Only a pitch-black Portal stood there, leading somewhere unknown. It had already been there for some time, and then it gradually dissipated, seemingly because its duration had expired.
Elsewhere.
Yang Yi had entered the Portal with almost perfect timing, arriving an instant before it closed.
Before he could even catch his breath, however, he unexpectedly found himself in the sea. The ship beneath him had also become a twisted sea monster, surrounded by numerous Limb Spiders fighting it-or inferior Limb Spiders, as they could also be called.
Yang Yi ignored them, because these things were not his target.
They were probably just the maddened
