• Su Na dissected a worm and concluded that the long, simple-bodied creatures were probably tentacles of a single monster.
• Su Na discovered that the worms’ bodily fluid ignited easily, but Yang Yi rejected her plan to drive the creatures away with fire because he feared the ship would burn.

• Yang Yi wielded Broken Iron to cut down attacking worms, then saw that twelve icebergs had gathered around the Nightmare Star and were draining its durability.
• Yang Yi hurled Broken Iron into an iceberg, jumped onto a worm to reach it, and exposed a sphere filled with tangled worms, but focused on cutting off the iceberg’s tentacles instead of killing its core.
