Uchiha Izumi clutched Jin's sleeve, blinking up at him with a pitiful expression.
It seemed her brother had suddenly stopped loving her. He had never been like this before.
The Ninja Academy was closed today, and she finally had a chance to rest, but her brother had told her to go train with Teacher Might Guy instead.
Thinking of those grueling training exercises, and the way her teacher would shout about youth and burst into tears at the drop of a hat, Uchiha Izumi nearly cried in distress.
Her body was already exhausted enough, and her mind was being constantly tormented too.
She had no idea where her brother had met Teacher Might Guy.
"No."
Uchiha Jin shook his head. "I've already arranged it with Guy."
Although his sister's pleading did make him softhearted, these past few months of training had produced remarkable results.
Izumi's strength had undergone a qualitative leap.
That was all thanks to the training plan Might Guy had designed specifically for her.
"How could you?"
Seeing that her pleading had failed, Uchiha Izumi pouted unhappily.
"Stupid brother! I'm not talking to you again today."
With that, she returned to her room, changed into her black training clothes, stamped her feet, and stormed out of the house.
"Boss, aren't you being a little too strict, meow?"
Fat Cat, who had been lying on the table with his eyes shut, pretending to sleep, only dared open his eyes and ask after Izumi left.
Even though Izumi often bullied him at home, he felt his master was being too strict right now.
The little terror had only just turned six, meow.
"Want to go keep her company?"
Uchiha Jin shot him an irritated glance.
"Never mind, meow."
