As the footsteps drew closer, the group finally reached the spot where the two lay.

Looking bewildered, Toge Inumaki surveyed the Training Ground, reduced to rubble yet again, and spoke helplessly to the two walking disasters currently lying on the ground.

"Anyway, how did your training with Maki go? Looks like your fight's over too."
With that, he looked up at the bruised and battered students beside him and changed the subject.
"It was... probably pretty effective, right-"
