As Akutagawa Shang finished speaking, Yuta Okkotsu instantly picked up on the cold, sinister cursed energy rushing toward them.
All three looked out the window. Screams kept ringing out through the previously silent campus.
A pitch-black Curtain unfurled from above, spreading until it enveloped all of Tokyo Jujutsu High, completely blotting out the light of the setting sun.
"Suguru Geto really came-" Yuta Okkotsu repeated quietly.
"Yuta, go hold Suguru Geto off first. Maki and I will be right there."
"Understood." Yuta Okkotsu nodded solemnly, his chest heaving as he panted. He rose, grabbed his Tachi, and headed out of the classroom. He looked as though he had been holding himself back for a long time.
"Yuta, remember what I said. The moment you see Suguru Geto, summon Rika. Attack with everything you have. Don't hold back. Just put all the damages on Suguru Geto's tab," Akutagawa Shang added as Yuta Okkotsu headed out.
"Understood." Yuta Okkotsu waved to show he had heard, then left the classroom and sprinted toward the direction Suguru Geto was attacking from.
After watching Yuta Okkotsu disappear from sight, Akutagawa Shang turned to Maki beside him.
"Yuta's gone ahead. It's time for us to get ready too."
Maki nodded at him, grabbed her weapon, and stood.
