The leadership of the Allied Shinobi Forces consisted of the Five Kage: Konohagakure's Sixth Hokage, Shihōin Naraku; Iwagakure's Third Tsuchikage, Ōnoki; Kirigakure's Fifth Mizukage, Mei Terumi; Sunagakure's Fifth Kazekage, Gaara; and Kumogakure's Sixth Raikage, Dodai!
