"That little brat Obito has a heart black as coal!"
Tsunade swore aloud.
The "Madara Uchiha" in the suicide note was one hundred percent Obito Uchiha.
In the office, Minato was his teacher, while Kakashi, Kurenai Yuhi, and Rin Nohara were his classmates.
All of them looked embarrassed.
Obito, how did you end up like this?
"The Uchiha matter is settled, but Kumogakure's people have already slipped across the border."
Minato said urgently, "Lady Tsunade, Clan Head Fugaku's suicide note didn't specify where Kumogakure's ambush force is hiding. Our only option now is to send out large numbers of people for a comprehensive search."
"The inauguration will have to be postponed too."
Sakumo picked up where he left off. "With such a major incident involving the Uchiha, this really isn't the time for a ceremony."
Tsunade nodded and was about to give her orders.
Poof!
A cloud of white smoke suddenly appeared beside Minato, revealing a toad sitting cross-legged on a long scroll.
Minato froze. "Mr. Gerotora? What brings you here?"
"Jiraiya sent me to deliver a letter to you."
Gerotora pulled a letter from the scroll beneath him and handed it to Minato.
"Jiraiya? That guy hasn't returned to the village in years. Why is he getting involved now?"
Tsunade frowned.
"Lady Tsunade, Teacher Jiraiya says he and Lord Xuan Zhe are in Kumogakure."
Minato quickly scanned the letter and looked up at Tsunade.
"What?!"
Everyone in the room's expression changed.
What was going on?
The letter did indeed bear that fellow Xuan Zhe's handwriting.
Minato Namikaze hurried forward and placed the letter on Tsunade's desk, saying it was addressed to Lady Tsunade and that it said there was no need to send troops to search for Kumogakure's hidden forces anymore.
Tsunade lowered her head and glanced at it.
