• Gaara sought Uchiha Yan’s help for Sunagakure and traveled to Konoha, while Orochimaru attacked Naruto, Sasuke, Hinata, and Jiraiya with reanimated ninja before withdrawing.
• Tobirama Senju returned to Konoha, where Yan put him in charge of Root and the Anbu and explained his plans to unify the Land of Fire.
• Yan pressured Mei Terumi to accept Konoha’s influence over the Land of Water, then publicly confronted her in Kirigakure and secured her cooperation.
• Orochimaru used Minato to capture Dodai, but Yan arrived too late to stop Orochimaru from taking him to Ryūchi Cave.

Uchiha Yan destroyed Orochimaru, reshaped Konoha’s laws, and punished Naruto after Obito exposed Tobirama’s human experiments. The arc ended with Yan proclaiming Great Qin and outlining its government to foreign leaders, while Nagato challenged the other nations’ strength.
